服務：給家裡孩子考研複試訂的房間，明明有延遲退房到14:00，但是酒店11點多就打電話通知12:00退房，孩子也不清楚情況，着急忙慌的就把房退了，東西都沒有收拾完，最後還是在大廳複習的， 感覺也影響到了下午的複試，太差勁了。
