衞生：負分。
真夠行為藝術的，貼了禁止吸煙但是桌子上又有“貼心”準備煙灰缸。這還是換了一次，第一個房都是煙味且桌子被煙灰燙出痕跡。玻璃鏡子桌子更是不敢恭維，全部都是灰，遙控器也是，我替你們擦了不用謝啊。最無法忍受的是床品，枕頭上不僅有毛髮還有污漬，一個杯子裡邊大量類似血跡還是什麼污漬換了以後我就出去了，晚上回來洗漱好準備睡覺打開看到另一個床鋪上居然有一灘類似尿漬的東西……服了啊，從沒住過這樣品質的三星酒店。
環境設施：特意買的22平的，不知道18得小成什麼樣，樓道里全是垃圾車，電梯門口全是煙頭。酒店裡到處是吸煙的，沒見過這麼愛煙的地方。
服務：中規中矩。沒有好與不好，但是之前出門也不是每一次都記得帶身份證，忘帶身份證為什麼要交2塊錢，還是私人賬户掃碼。
節假日本來酒店價格就上調很多，還這種質量，臨時定的酒店選擇比較少踩了個大雷。別的就算了，衞生問題真不能忍！太噁心了！和衣而卧了一晚上！！另外，一直到凌晨一點多還有啪啪拍門的動靜，吵死了

房間很不錯挺乾淨的，每次來保定都會選擇他家酒店。整體服務特別好。前台💁🏻♀️小劉服務也很熱心有問題都會及時回覆😌很滿意，還有早餐樣子挺多的味道還行，位置很好離火車站萬博廣場都挺近的，價格也很划算。點贊哦！！

和朋友一塊過來玩，選的這裏，停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意，入住首選！！整體還是十分舒適的
前台服務很好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。

酒店挨着火車站很近，步行10分鐘就到了，出門不管是打車還是公交車都跟很方便，後院還有停車場如果是自己開車過來的朋友是很方便的，前台小李服務很熱情辦理入住很快,大廳的環境不錯還放着輕音樂聽着很舒服，房間乾淨整潔床品很舒適，睡得很舒服，很不錯的入住體驗，下次有機會還會來的！
