這次入住真的很不錯，晚上從外面回來，前台立刻給我遞上了温暖的熱水，真的很暖心，進入房間裏，房間的佈局也很喜歡，安靜整潔，床麪整潔柔軟，超讚的好嘛，空調也特別給力，晚上我都覺得好熱，尤其是淋浴熱水這方面，剛從外面回來洗個熱水澡是多麼好的事情！！離開之前在客廳休息，還幫我泡了一杯咖啡，很好喝！還有免費的水可以喝，喜歡喜歡更喜歡了！當然早餐也非常不錯，大廚的手藝真的很好！

這次在保定萬瓏酒店的住宿，着實令人難忘，尤其是前台服務，細緻入微。帶長者出行，辦理入住時，前台注意到長者行動不便，立刻安排靠近電梯的房間，還貼心提醒各項設施位置。外出遊玩時，前台不僅幫忙規劃路線，推薦小眾景點，還細心準備了温熱的礦泉水。返程那天，因汽車電瓶沒電，停車場等待上門維修，前台還主動提出免費延遲退房，讓長者能好好休息。這份關懷備至的服務，讓整個旅程充滿温暖。萬瓏酒店，憑前台的貼心，就值得五星好評！

前台小哥特別好，看我們帶娃，免費升級了榻榻米房間，房價雖然便宜但房間整體特別有質感，重度潔癖患者都挑不出毛病來，小細節做的特別特別好。整體都挑不出一點問題，還額外做了很多。我們孩子衣服忘在酒店，還是酒店主動聯繫我們，取衣服時還特別熱情的給孩子奶瓶裝好熱水。
