The hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. So if you are looking for something to eat later than 8 o'clock, it will be a mission. Enjoy your stay.

The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.
