This is the first time for me to go to banyuwangi…..at 1 st….i didnt know where to stay and when I browse, I found this hotel and the location is in the main road…. . The staffs there are friendly and helpful…. And it’s easy to find food there….there’s a cafe and chinese food restaurant there….the place is very cozy and the price is very affordable….if you are lazy to go out….just order food from them and they will send it to your room . Will be back to here again …..thank you aston banyuwangi for the hospitality

Wow, the experience of staying here is truly irreplaceable! Every corner of this hotel feels so warm and comfortable, plus the service from the staff is always friendly and attentive. Since I arrived, the FO staff was so friendly. Served very properly by Mas Sobi (his nickname), he greeted me very warmly and welcomed me back. Great to be able to courtesy Santika members. Not to forget the room is so comfortable, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is like a second home to me. I really enjoyed every second of it!

Lovely hotel and the view was fantastic if u ever need a place to relax then come here. Staff was very friendly also allow me to pack some cakes from the breakfast as my kids were still sleeping. Fantastic pool room was clean and nice smelling

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice. The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best! And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food. At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Trust my words, even i just spend only 4 hours here , but from the vibe this hotel is exceptional..great place with nice people..love it so much..hope soon will be there again

Near Ijen volcano it's like living in a tropical rain forest Pendar Tent has more space than expected The cleanliness is ok and everything should be there. The view is also great. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also quite good. After check-in, evening drinks and snacks were prepared Breakfast is one staple food + juice/coffee per person Indonesian breakfast porridge, Italian frittata, etc. are available I also gave a small souvenir when I checked out~

If you are coming to Ijen volcano, it is recommended to make a reservation. The hotel environment is very nice and quiet, you can have a good rest, and the food provided by the restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very secluded. You have to drive from the main road to the country road and drive on a narrow dirt road for 20 minutes. But it is still a hotel very close to Ijen Volcano. It takes 45-50 minutes to drive from the hotel to the entrance of Ijen Volcano. The environment is beautiful. When the weather is clear, you can see a volcano in the swimming pool. Although the hotel's catering is not very diverse, the taste is good and the price is moderate. Three meals a day can be satisfied. Fried noodles, oxtail soup, and pasta are recommended. The spa is also worth trying. There are two types of hotel rooms. The rooms with air conditioning are relatively small. We stayed in a room with a high ceiling, a pointed roof, and no air conditioning. It felt very comfortable. The toilet and shower were outside the room without a roof, which felt quite open.
