St George Ski & Holiday - Half Board & All Inclusive

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt very good. The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent. A nice and clean little town. I recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible team, who demonstrated unmatched hospitality throughout our visit. Every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to ensure we felt cared for and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was a variety of dishes to choose from, each bursting with flavor. It’s clear that great care is taken in curating a menu that caters to all tastes. What made this stay even more special was how welcoming they were to our furry family members. Traveling with pets can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel exceeded all our expectations in making them feel just as pampered as we were. From thoughtful touches like pet-friendly amenities to the genuinely warm attitude of the staff toward our pets, it was clear they truly embrace the idea that pets are part of the family. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of amazing service, prime location, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond—not just for you but also for your four-legged companions—this is it. We can’t wait to return for another incredible stay!

The hotel inform it has a spa but this is not the truth. The pool is an absolute disaster, nothing like a spa, there are children playing, splashing and screaming, with boards, floats... I insist, if you are looking for a quiet spa, get away from here. About the rooms, the furniture is downright shabby, of poor quality and ugly, although the room is huge, so with only 1 air conditioning split for 2 rooms, it does not reach the bedroom and it is very hot in summer. And for the 1st time in my life, the tea and coffee they leave in the room ARE NOT complimentary!! The hotel is in an abandoned area, where there is nothing around, only half-built buildings that have been abandoned, the adventage is that it's very easy to park the car. The staff is not very friendly/smiling in general but M. Sivkov deserves special mention for his rudeness and for not knowing how to treat customers and expect them to do his job. Globaly, it's a place I don't recommend and I will choose another hotel for sure if I come back to Bansko.

I booked this hotel by accident, confusing it for one I had stayed at before with a similar name. What a pleasant surprise, room nice, tidy, very new and functional. I stayed half board for the week and the food was some of the best hotel food I've ever had in Bulgaria. It's very close to the main lift and a very easy walk to the gondola but a pretty good shuttle bus service too. I would recommend... My only complaint albeit small is that it needs a bigger bar area to relax in in an evening as it's just in reception and seats about 15 at a push....

The Spa is to small ,pool ,steam bath ,sauna , jacuzzi was a bit dirty, doesn't look like on the pictures also the lobby bar is to small and the room which we had was 2 single beds not comfortable with hard pillows ,when we was having shower all the bathroom was full with water on the floor . I had massage for 30 min and the lady cut like 6 min earlier my mistake that didn't ask why. Also it was to noisy to many kids running early in the morning like 7 am so not possible to sleep a bit more like at least 9am. Its more like for family with kids this hotel but if you go as a couple or friends who wants to relax I don't recommend.

After checking in we used the lift to our room they have a Hugh health and safety issue with the lift, my partner had his arm trapped on the closing door as the only sensors were at shin level we called the ambulance and hotel was not interested in fact wanted the medics to treat my partner in a busy reception area because they wanted to hear what was being said about there hotel. I then tripped in the lift as it was not leveling correctly. Being disabled I can not use the stairs. No care and extreamly bad customer service as asking to speak to the manager she decided to go home instead and never saw her.
