Not sure how to summarize this place other than - do not go there. In no world is this a 4 star hotel. Does anyone in Europe even check what hotels claim? Rude and unfriendly front desk, just sitting on their phone or browsing on the computer, not acknowledging guests. Place is very dated, rooms were dusty, very loud, and pool was overcrowded. There is nowhere to park, and the spots are tiny. The website advertises childcare and a gift shop. The care was 2 split sessions for 2 hours, so you can't really do much but wait. Gift shop was nonexistent. Pool water was freezing. Very loud music until 11 PM, when most of the guests have little children. The only saving grace was the restaurant. The food for breakfast and lunch/dinner was amazing. The staff there had a completely different demeanor.

nice apartmant, near sea, apartmant should have some more "friendly furniture" - chairs are from the garden complet and arent comfortable at all :) all other are very good... nice location, near Pula...

Everything was ok 😃 we are very happy that we spent our vacation in Resort Del Mar. Location is great and service was very nice and helpful. The room had everything what we need. There are very clean. We will back there for sure in the future.

We stayed in apartment only 2 nights (not in hotel´s part), but we really enjoyed it. The apartment was sufficiently spacious (two bedrooms and two bathrooms), smaller terrace, but enough. The pool with several sunbeds was very close to our apartment, but water was quite cold. The sea was close, too. We have no problem with parking. I think that during our stay the apartments were not fully booked, so I don´t know what it´s like there when they are completely fully.

Only stayed one night. The apartment needed updating. The on-site restaurant was excellent and staff were very friendly and accommodating as there were 13 in our group and they joined tables to accommodate all of us. The entertainment was also very good and encouraged everyone to join in. Children had a great time.

The hotel is close to the sea with a nice view of the bay. It is in a quiet environment. Clean rooms, good smell in the room upon arrival. Comfortable beds for 4 people. Super private pool in the hotel. Beach a few steps from the hotel. By car, we always found free parking next to the hotel. Attractions are nearby: Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Kamenjak

We stayed at the Del Mar hotel in Banjole for 10 nights, mid August.The hotel is located by the beach in a peaceful area, and has beautiful sea views. The resort has a large swimming pool with lots of shade and regular entertainment for adults and kids. There are a few really good restaurants near by, a small grocery store, and a snack bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had beautiful weather, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

If you like dogs barking all the time, noisy rooms from the other guests and speakers which blast out 4-5 times a day when there are water arobic or similar, then go to this hotel or save your money and go to Turkey.

All in all a good hotel. On the plus- side: all things offered by the hotel. Great pool (although a bit crowded) two beaches close to the resort, and a totally fine gym. On the negative: noisy and crowded. Some noise-cancelling in the rooms would help a lot.
