We booked for a family room, but we were shocked and disappointed when we first got into the room, we had view of a roof and walls. I think that very misleading especially for families, the room is dark, very little natural light. But nevertheless it was clean. However, we managed to change to another room with a balcony view that makes up for the initial drawback. The pool is kids friendly, my kids enjoy their time there. The breakfast spread was good. Overall, it is a family friendly hotel, I recommend especially if you have young kids. Price is reasonable, and I think we got what we paid for.

For the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is ok. Room facilities air conditioning, towels, TV are ok. It's just that the service is not satisfactory. We have paid according to the bill at tiket.com 147.059 but when there we were asked for an extra fee because the hotel did not cooperate with tiket.com, only cooperation with oyo. We have shown no booking but the owner didn't want to know because he said there was no money for that amount. And they don't have their room only 150 million so we still have less and have to add. In the simple way, please cancel & they don't want to care. The booking no has been confirmed by tiket.com

Maybe it’s better to have food option. Or atleast inform the guest what kind of food will be served. And a dispenser more for the second floor will be helpful. Overall, its a beautiful & calming place to stay
