The location of this place is very good . It is just less than 5 minutes walk to the bts station . Around the corner . Situated 24 hours 7 eleven convenience store . The buffet selection is reasonable though it may b a hotel of more than 1 decade . Cleanliness is well kept but there is still abit of downside , it is the wifi internet connection . The wifi internet connection provided is not strong but sustainable for normal browsing of website . If like to do streaming of movie , suggest getting own internet data . The 3 day 2 night stay is indeed a nice moment.

I recommended Siam Kempinski based on its reputation, while check-in process and room were satisfactory, I must note that the hotel is not particularly new. That said, lobby and general areas are well-maintained, showcasing the property’s commitment to upkeep 👍🏻  However, during the stay, there were some service lapses that required attention. While the management team eventually offered service recovery after multiple escalations from the Manager to the Director, the handling of the issue could have been smoother. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected quicker and more proactive CS without needing the guest to follow up repeatedly. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in delivering the seamless, elevated service that aligns with the high standards associated with the Kempinski brand!

Plus points :- Hotel is ideally situated above Shibuya Wholesale Mall at Level 7 !! There’s a McDonalds & Starbucks at ground floor. Walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, December Mall, Phoenix Mall & Pratunam Day & Night market !! Friendly and attentive staffs ! I had and love the great view staying at the 19th floor. Great security to the hotel rooms. There is a currency exchange machine at the hotel Lobby !! Minus points :- Pillow are way too soft thou I had requested for harder one. Still not hard enough. Time for refurbishing coz not enough Socket/plug to charge our phones and laptops! And we gotta remove our plug in order to use the hairdryer. Too little space to share 2 plugs 😢 Hotel Slippers not acceptable as it could be a reusable pair from the previous guest. Coz I found my slippers are sticky and not comfortable as it’s made of rubber. (I had to buy a pair of slippers outside) Other than that both myself and my daughter felt safe staying in this 4 stars hotel. Might be back again if base on location n pricing on our next trip.

I stayed at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square during a business trip, even though my meetings were in Sukhumvit. I chose this hotel based on its high rating, and I must say, the location is absolutely superb! Everything I needed was within walking distance—MBK, Siam BTS Station, and the many shopping options around Siam Square. There’s even a Café Amazon right opposite, which is my go-to coffee spot in Bangkok. The hotel lobby was spacious and well-designed, featuring bars and cafes, making it a nice spot to relax. However, the check-in counter area is quite small, so it can get crowded during peak hours. That said, the staff were all friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant. As for the room, it was spacious, clean, and cozy—perfect for one person. The washroom was well-equipped and included a bidet, which was a great touch. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated that there was a Halal section, though the variety was quite limited. Overall, I had a great stay and found the hotel to be an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sapin, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to nearby popular attractions. In terms of service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Whether it was asking for sightseeing recommendations or making special requests, they were always attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the food was fresh—several dishes were particularly delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would definitely consider coming back next time!

The hotel staff are super nice and helpful, and I like how spacious the room is. The free tuktuk service to the nearby BTS station is definitely a good plus point. However the bedsheets are not very clear and the bed makes a lot sound whenever I move and sit on it. The hotel is quite far from the BTS, walking back and forth is a pain, and it can be a big dangerous at night. Given how close it is to the Siam area, getting a car is difficult, and even when we board one, it’s common to get stuck in the traffic for a long time.

This hotel is way beyond what I expected. Firstly the reception was very helpful and friendly in assisting us with check in. We arrived at 11:40am and wasn’t expecting to be able to check in but was offered at no charge. We were also give free body fat analysis and consultation with doctor. Free shuttle service were provided to chidlom BTS. Oh and free wellness classes everyday! This hotel is by far the best we had in bkk. THUMBS UP AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I booked the Oriental Residence Bangkok on Trip.com for a business conference stay and stayed in the one bedroom suite with park view with my partner. I chose the hotel because it appeared less ostentatious than most hotels in that stretch. The Oriental Residence Bangkok is discreet. If you appreciate quiet, solitude and discretion, then this is what you will get during your stay. For travellers who are looking for an adventure or close proximity to a shopping mall, this might not be the place for you. The overall experience at this hotel was fine. It was what was to be expected in a 5-star hotel. The hotel room that we had was spacious and had most of the amenities needed (especially if you are a remote worker who needs to be on your laptop 24/7). The internet is fast and the workspace station comfortable enough to get things done without distraction. The kitchen is fully furnished in the event you need bowls, plates or cups for an inside meal. There is also a decent washer-dryer that can be used if you would like to wash dirty laundry. The hotel also provides twice a day cleaning - one in the mid-afternoon and a turn down service in the evening. Because of this meticulous approach to cleanliness, my allergies were not triggered at all which was definitely a huge thumbs up. I had no issue whatsoever with their bedding and linen. In fact, it was so sleep-friendly that I had a good rest for the entire trip. This is quite something for someone with irregular sleep patterns. The only gripe I had with the hotel was that they were not able to accept a payment deposit without an actual credit card. I had a virtual credit card and barely any cash on hand. However, this is a minor issue and not something that I am particularly miffed about. I have read some of the 1-star reviews with regards to this hotel, and not experienced any of them. If you are a business traveller looking for a quiet and decent 5-star place to stay, this hotel does the job.
