A good location which was walking distance to where we wanted to be but not everyone would be happy with this location. The hotel had everything we needed including a great little rooftop pool and chill area. Great staff, excellent breakfast and everything was perfect for our short two day stay. Recommended!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, Mr. Sunn (or Sonn) from the front desk told us our room was not ready yet, and he was so kind to invite us to the executive lounge to have a drink and some snacks and most importantly enjoy the beautiful view of Bangkok. 酒店的早餐十分丰富，囊括了泰国本土的美食、中东食品、西式早餐丰富程度远超国内的一线酒店品牌，如果你不喜欢喧闹的街头，在这里一样可以品尝到精致美味的thai street food 酒店的环境十分幽静，周围的商圈也十分雅致，有牛排馆中餐馆日料店….酒店的礼宾部可以登记预约前往地铁站的接驳班车，每个小时一趟是免费的 无边泳池不是很大，但是很度假，在炎热的中午，可以在泳池边小憩 我订的房型包含着厨房和小客厅，理论上是一个套间，但是价格很合适，更棒的是房间内还有洗衣机和炉灶餐具，可以常驻自己做饭。 唯一的美中不足就是前台送东西会稍微慢一些，每次都要等个十几20分钟。 十分喜欢这家酒店，这也是我第一次住凯宾斯基，印象非常的好，很愿意把它推荐给朋友和家人。 再次感谢所有接待我们的staff，包括礼宾前台客房还有餐厅的工作人员，谢谢

I recommended Siam Kempinski based on its reputation, while check-in process and room were satisfactory, I must note that the hotel is not particularly new. That said, lobby and general areas are well-maintained, showcasing the property’s commitment to upkeep 👍🏻  However, during the stay, there were some service lapses that required attention. While the management team eventually offered service recovery after multiple escalations from the Manager to the Director, the handling of the issue could have been smoother. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected quicker and more proactive CS without needing the guest to follow up repeatedly. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in delivering the seamless, elevated service that aligns with the high standards associated with the Kempinski brand!

Ascott Embassy Sathorn (not to be confused with another Ascott down the road) truly lives up to it’s 5-star rating. Service was excellent. Staff upon check-in reminded me the benefits of being an asr member, amenities they offer at the hotel, including the free shuttle to the BTS, pool, gym, bar and top-floor restaurant. The room was very spacious. It had a king-size bed and a sofa as well. All the amenities you need are there - toiletries, dryers, fridge, etc. I even requested an iron / board which they provided quickly. It is always kept clean and tidy especially when you return from your travels around the city, it’s always nice to sleep in a well kept bed. Had breakfast at the top floor one day and there were a lot of good choices and since it is at the top floor, very nice views! I also love the infinity pool they have. Refreshing after a sunny trip around the city. The hotel is walking distance to Silom MRT station or Sala Daeng BTS station, but they also offer a free shuttle to either Silom Complex or the BTS. The area is generally walkable with wide enough sidewalks, Lumphini Park is a 20 minute walk away. Put on sunscreen as the Bangkok sun can be harsh. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, the party place is in Silom area. There is a nearby park (Lumphini), and a large mall just opened right beside the park called One Bangkok. The area is dotted with massage parlors and spa. For business travelers, the business district is also nearby, but I think the other Ascott hotel can serve you better in that regard as it is nearer. Still the business district is just 10 minutes away by foot. For its price, it’s a bit steep than usual Bangkok hotels, but I you get the value out of it. Highly recommended, a 5/5 for me. I’m down to stay here again even if Bangkok is quite a competitive space for hotels.

Excellent location. Excellent service - Our room was not ready when we checked in at noon. So we went to have lunch and shopping. When we came back to the hotel at 3 pm, our luggage were brought to our room. The only issue I had was the temperature of the shower. The hot water was not consistent. Sometimes, it gets too hot. So be careful when showering.

The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

We love this hotel! All the staff are very accommodating, and very kind. They also are a lot of them who can speak english so foreigners like us won't have a hard time to communicate with them The food is also great, they have a wide selection for the breakfast buffet, And the room is really comfy, they have a good quality of pillows and the cleanliness of the whole hotel is 5 stars for us. Made our business trip relaxing and enjoyable. And they have tokens for guests to be used in exchange for free food at their hotel amenities and game room or you can use it to play at their claw machine to get a cute remembrance like this stuffed toy.

I recently stayed in Jatu King Room on a 3-night business trip (23- 26 Feb). My overall experience was pleasant, with a few highlights and minor drawbacks. The entire check-in process, jiffy but efficient. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby us clean and well-maintained but too dimly lit. The room is spacious and clean, and the king-sized bed is very comfortable. Good sound-proving, a good night sleep assured. The hotel gym is well-equipped and the pool area relaxing but small (19th Floor). Breakfast serves a good variety with both western and Asian fare. The service at the restaurant was attentive and prompt. Though the hotel is located in a commercial district, it is just a stone throw away from BTS Chidlom (6-min walk) thus making it convenient for communting around Bangkok. For shopperholics, the good news is that the hotel is just 1 train station away from the famous shopping belt and loads of eateries choices in Siam. Pros: Attentive and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location. Cons: Hotel lobby too dimly lit, a welcome drink at check-in would add a warmth and inviting touch, mini-bar ammenities could be improved (to add more varieties) Special mention: William (check-in reception) A (Conceige) Overall rating: 7.9/ 10

I recently experienced the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility at Conrad Bangkok. From the moment I stepped into the spacious and opulent rooms, I knew I was in for a treat. the hygiene is difficult to judge, house keeping doing great work of making up the room but only when the lady in my photo is on duty, the day when a house keeping boy do the room makeup, he didnt do it well. on the other hand, there are mold next to the air conditioner you can see in the photo, it is hard to accept since the hotel is quite new and doing good in most of the facilities maintenance. the pool is beautiful in day and night, if you are a swimmer you will find it too small. the location is accessible but the street light along the way is literally no illuminating in night and don't forget it is not family friendly to the 5 minutes pass by walking from the BTS station since the bars located around is famous in it's working girl services. Overall I will say this is a not bad hotel, the bed is good, the bathroom is also clean and new, but the value for money is not so high since there are so many details didn't presenting well.
