Positive things: Great room views. Hotel is clean. The variety and quality of toilet ametities are very good.
Negative things: Awful staff attitude. I inserted in the reservation, made sure to the lady at the check-in, that I would like a quiet room. However, I was put into a room next to the elevator, and that elevator there is VERY NOISY. Everytime the elevarot worked up or down, I could hear it working in side my room. I inquired the reception, informing my room number, to be told immediately the hotel was fully booked, I did insisted that the noise was not pleasant at all. The answer given, in a very rude tone, was that I should try to change for the other night. I then told them that I am staying for one night only. To no avail or change of attitude. After much insistence and even the interference of a local friend who works for the brand, I was changed to another room.
In this oher room, to my surprise, there was CONTINUOUS LOUD NOISE FROM RENOVATIONS. Note that it was already 21h00 (9pm). I was even told that in this brand the have a ”golden rule” of not making noise after 17h (5pm). Which again, more unpleasant exchanges with reception with another interference of my friend (who was also shocked) almost one hour after I was ”upgraded” the room.
At this new room, which by my view wasn't that different from my original ones, it was finally quiet. Seems that was a room rarely used and with various stains in carpet and bed sheets. However with the stress that I went by, really didn't cover it. It was now five hours of annoying unnecessary stresses with the hotel staff.
It is not really a cheap hotel and it has an image of a prestigious brand. The staff attitude was less than acceptable throughout the whole experience. Fortunately I was lucky for my friend to intervene in my favour. Glad that I had to stay only one night. At check-out, I was faced with even unprepared individual who did not know how to use a card machine. I know it's a Hilton, but I can say it was one, if not the most irksome experiences that I have ever dealt with.

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying.
1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift.
2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan.
3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel.
Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

A good location which was walking distance to where we wanted to be but not everyone would be happy with this location. The location is pretty convenient, with a few stops away to Siam and a few stops away to icon siam. The room that we booked is a family room and I think the upper bunk is not very clean, but that may be because it’s too hard for the service staffs to actually make the bed and clean the gaps for the upper bunk. Those who want to book this hotel need to note that there’s no room slippers, comb, razors, sanitary bags. And can only be purchased at 7-11 if you require them.

Thai hospitality at a luxurious level. Evident splendor in every minute details of decor, furnishing and service. Spacious room with carefully designed utilities, such as a huge day bed by the large panel window for one to lounge lazily while enjoying the million-dollar Lumphini Park view, down to a warmed toilet seat and finally a wide bathtub for 2, carefully adorned with a few panels of mirror to please one's senses. A zen themed infinity pool, equipped with corners of hydro-spa section, surrounded by huge inviting daybeds where one can enjoy a panoramic view of the famous Lumphini Park, while being served by humble and attentive staff at your beck and call, whenever you need and enjoy the serenity of the sound of water. It's easy to spend hours by the pool with staff at your call to serve any drinks and food you want at your whim and fancy. Just before you retire for the night, I would suggest one to turn off all lights in your room, and take in the sight of Bangkok at night. It's simply breathtaking! In the morning, one can look forward to filling an empty stomach with a wide variety of cuisine at the Pavi
lion, where 2 differently cooked bacon is being served, showing exactly how much your preference is highly regarded and deliberated. A signature brand, representing the Land of a thousand smiles, a flagship hotel where one is guaranteed tasteful serenity, peace and comfort in the modern capital city of Thailand. I look forward to a longer stay next time to enjoy the genuine Thai hospitality...

I stayed at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square during a business trip, even though my meetings were in Sukhumvit. I chose this hotel based on its high rating, and I must say, the location is absolutely superb! Everything I needed was within walking distance—MBK, Siam BTS Station, and the many shopping options around Siam Square. There’s even a Café Amazon right opposite, which is my go-to coffee spot in Bangkok.
The hotel lobby was spacious and well-designed, featuring bars and cafes, making it a nice spot to relax. However, the check-in counter area is quite small, so it can get crowded during peak hours. That said, the staff were all friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant.
As for the room, it was spacious, clean, and cozy—perfect for one person. The washroom was well-equipped and included a bidet, which was a great touch.
Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated that there was a Halal section, though the variety was quite limited.
Overall, I had a great stay and found the hotel to be an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Very Good
NNattyxoBeautiful hotel and wonderful staff that make your stay at extra bit special. Every time I travel from Australia, I stay at this hotel as it’s in a prime location adjacent to the massive MBK shopping complex. Where you will find every store from retail, to supermarket, chemists, restaurants and everything in between. Cannot wait to return again.
LLW17Our room was nice and clean. Booked city view deluxe 2 double room, which is nice enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Impressed by service rendered by staff. Check in staff was nice to help extend a slightly later checkout timing as i had a late night flight. Staff also assist us with booking of car to the airport and help communicate with Grab driver to ensure there is sufficient boot space for our luggage.
Location is ok, hotel do provide shuttle bus to Asoke BTS station or you can also walk about 7 mins to the station. Walkable distance to EMSPHERE mall with lots of food choices.
Most of the time we commute via Grab so this hotel is great for us.
Tthidsarun prommomateI booked for 2 nights but only stayed 5-6 hours as i had an emergency case had to leave urgency, paid for a thousand baht for guarantee. When i called to checkout they ask for returning key card then they will return the deposit, anyway i do understand for the rules but the key card is very old and only a single one which i been traveling around the world they never get this necessary as i paid for a room for 2 nights but never get to use. The hotel amenities is good but for the staff should be compromise at some point.
MMARYSaaweetAgree with other guests that hotel need to improve the training on service. For a start, Bell boy should offer help with luggage instead of waiting to be asked which is weird for hotel with staircase to lobby. And it’s unprofessional that the bell boy would wait for tip for bringing luggage to the room. The man in spec and wear brown is most cheerful and helpful staff that greets guest at hotel. Waitress unwell should wear mask instead of coughing in the restaurant while serving. Breakfast is lacking in both variety and quality. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and house keeping does a good job. The switch and plugs are located dangerously close to the pillow.
GGuest UserSuper Hotel directly at Asok Skytrain Station :-)) The rooms and hotel has amazing atmosphere and style. The service and whole environment made us feel 5-Star at home. We got a very spacious room and also free late checkout. Also we could receive business partners in luxury atmosphere for meeting. Many thanks to Ma Du Zi Team it was a great time and we will come definitely again.
GGuest UserI very much enjoyed my stay here. You can’t beat the location - right on Sukhumvit between Asoke and Phrom Phong. Yes, the rooms do get a lot of street noise but that’s just part of the location. There’s a 7-11 right across the street. Highly recommend the coffee stand in front of it too. Room was very clean with new linens. Very comfortable bed. Pool doesn’t get a lot of direct sun - a perk for some, drawback for others. Great place to stay if you’re planning to do some shopping!
TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.
MMonica FntEverything was great! Rooftop pool upstairs was stunning, the room was so spacious!!
I arrived very early so my room wasn’t ready, but I needed to shower after a long trip. They told me I could shower at the pool upstairs, but it’s not really a shower as in, there’s no soap, no towel (I had to ask and they had to call reception to make sure I was a customer), no real space taking a shower with your luggage and everything. It was more of a pool shower. So best is paying the night before! Other negative point was the location: way too far from BTS and food spots. It is situation close to a highway and on a streets where there’s only car parts and other auto parts shops. Not really a street food area, I had to grab bike or taxi every time I was going out as BTS station was 40mn away by walk, too long with Bangkok’s heat.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 6 nights in Bangkok at Metropole , the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, amazing lobby, restaurant , bar, swimming pool and gym , easily accessible, they change bedding and towels daily, I enjoyed staying in this hotel .
SScott Chung NaiLocation is tucked away from busy places. Quieter and easier to book grab. 7-11 Is right beside the hotel. Nearest BTS is about 10-15mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is indeed has aged and in dire need of maintenance makeover. Air conditioning was good and solid and not noisy. Cleanliness really depends on your luck of getting which room. Was so glad my room was clean and decent and no cockroach in sight (from the reviews I read earlier). If you purchase breakfast on the spot, it will cost 200 baht per pax. Quite decent breakfast with variety selection of pasta, instant fried noodles, pad thai, porridge, fried rice, vegies, various meat selection, pan cakes, french toast, various kind of bread, sunny side up egg or freshly cooked omelette, fruits and salad, breakfast cereals, and lastly juices, coffee and tea. Overall summary of my stay would be, worth the $$ I paid for in exchange for a comfortable experience. Ask if I would come back and stay here, yes I would.
