Very hospitable and attentive service as always. The employees always try to help as much as possible. However, the hotel is getting a bit aged, it probably needs some repair / renovation / alteration. The breakfast remains very good but seems that the quality has slipped a bit compared to the past. Overall a very good experience.

The Hotel’s location is excellent beside the river. Very lovely outdoor pool. World class hotel services. The only thing that I am not happy was their email asking if I “accidentally” packed the “Bangkok guide” inside the room!!

This hotel overall is very nice,beside the hotel, there are many tourist attractions that must be visited. And at night, the view of the Chao Phraya River is very amazing. So one day we will come back to stay here.

My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped in, everything felt calm, refined, and beautifully cared for. The staff were genuinely kind every greeting came with a smile, and every small detail was handled perfectly without ever feeling forced.
The room was elegant, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the river. I loved how every corner of the hotel felt peaceful yet full of life. Breakfast by the riverside and evening moments at the lobby made each day feel special.
It’s rare to find a hotel that makes you feel completely at ease while still delivering such impeccable service. The Peninsula Bangkok has mastered that balance.

Stayed at The Peninsula Bangkok and loved it! 🏨✨
The river view from my room was incredible, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole stay feel really special.
The location by the Chao Phraya River is perfect—you can hop on the ferry to get around easily. Definitely one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mix of luxury and great service.
