Ulasan Chillax Resort

Lokasi sempurna dengan banyak tempat makan dan minum di daerah sekitarnya. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Fasilitas termasuk kolam renang adalah fitur yang hebat. Akan merekomendasikan kepada siapa pun karena ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk sebagian besar lokasi.

Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan kali ini. Kami tinggal di sini sekitar 6 bulan yang lalu dan itu sempurna kali ini tidak sebaik. Mereka memiliki menu di kamar dengan semua makanan yang luar biasa ini mengatakan ada layanan kamar jadi saya bersemangat untuk sarapan pagi tetapi saya meneleponnya dan meja memberi tahu saya bahwa saya seharusnya tinggal di hotel lain karena mereka tidak memiliki restoran di sana. Bukan cara untuk memulai hari Anda. Kemudian selama dua hari saya memasang tanda layanan kamar kebutuhan sepanjang hari saat kami keluar. Tidak pernah mendapatkannya.

Aspek usang dari kamar hotel agak ditinjau dan lebih khusus lagi kamar mandinya dimodernisasi. Kamar-kamar di gedung pertama, yang menghadap ke lorong gedung kedua, sangat gelap (misalnya kamar 1212). Cahaya mewajibkan bahkan di siang hari bolong. Kolam renang adalah nilai tambah yang nyata di Bangkok. Sudah 5 kali kami datang ke Thailand dan bisa dibilang overall dengan harga segini jauh lebih bagus, bahkan di Bangkok. Muriel 2022/11

We loved this hotel so much last year we came back again! Friendly staff, most of who we recognised from last year and a great location a short walk from Khao San Road. Quieter area but still some restaurants and shops a minute walk from the hotel. The pool on the roof top is amazing and the breakfast delicious. Easy walk to the Phra Arthit pier for the tourist boat or the local bus stops. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely anniversary stay at Chillax resort. Very helpful staff and smooth check in and out. Convenient location, close proximity to restaurants, shops and khao san road, although not near any public transport stations. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the rooftop pool. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet area nearby busy tourist spots.

The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing location not far from Khaosan road and tourist attractions. The room is big, the bathtub is nice. The aircon is a bit loud but good sleep with earplugs. The only minus is slow check in and dirty water in the pool. Otherwise, recommended.

This is our first time to visit Bangkok together…The Chillax Resort Hotel which location near in Khaosan Road are really good location for us to take some oldify pictures and the feel of the local Thai people….The Hotel also clean,they have a good spot of swimming pool also…The breakfast was great only a little not so Asian food…Those few days we eat seems like more into Indian taste instead of Thai cuisine,but they have bread and some salad to enjoy as well….And the only one thing we don’t really feel comfortable about it was the toilet…the shower in the bathtub a little bit mess cuz the water drain everywhere on the floor…

We could not have been happier with this hotel… it’s gorgeous. The buffet breakfast had a large selection of foods however some of the food was more suited to lunch or dinner. However it was still lovely. The room was amazing - I booked a premier room - the jacuzzi bath was fab & filled up very quickly… toiletries were of a great quality - the only negative was that there was only one pair of slippers instead of 2 - they were used and a charge of 300 bth if you took a pair. I reported this to reception & as I thought it was questioned on checkout. Luckily I took a picture & it was sorted in mins. The staff are friendly, the a/c is effective, the hotel is quiet & the pool area is lovely with cash only to pay for your drinks… I would definitely recommend this hotel

A little luxury in Khao San. I first went to Khao San about 30 years ago, now when I return with my daughter I prefer to splurge a little. Great location, walking distance to all the action. Huge bath and a cool roof top swimming pool. And the breakfast was amazing. All this coupled with excellent service. First time I stayed, won’t be the last.

Our stay over Christmas was so delightful. The room is amazing and the staff were always so friendly and cheerful. Would highly recommend this hotel - it is an oasis of calm whilst also being near many attractions. The buffet breakfast was well priced and a lot was on offer. Would return again! Had a very enjoyable experience at chillax resort. The rooms were big and clean and the hot tub was a nice amenity to have.
