Ulasan Kokotel Bangkok Surawong

Kamar kecil, harga 1600, kasurnya keras, tidak sepadan dengan harganya Kecewa banget. Air minum swalayan. Remote control penuh dengan debu. Hanya ada satu aksesori kamar mandi.

Gambar di halaman pesanan telah dipercantik, tetapi ruangan sebenarnya terlalu kecil. Kami tiba di hotel secara langsung dan ingin melihat kamar sebelum memutuskan apakah akan check-in. Meja depan mengatakan kami tidak dapat melihatnya. Karena kami sedikit lelah, kami memesan di platform, dan hasilnya sangat mengecewakan! Kamarnya sangat kecil dan pengap. AC-nya adalah AC sentral, yang tidak bisa diatur di dalam ruangan. Bahkan jika dimatikan, masih mengeluarkan banyak suara. Saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak di malam hari. Setelah membayar, resepsionis mengatakan bahwa lift rusak dan mereka tidak tahu kapan akan diperbaiki. Mereka meminta kami untuk meletakkan barang bawaan kami di aula lift, naik sendiri ke lantai tujuh, dan memberi tahu kami untuk datang turun dan mengambilnya setelah lift diperbaiki. Kemudian kami tidak bisa mendapatkan barang-barang di dalam koper sampai lewat jam enam sore.

Kokotel Bangkok Surawong is a great hotel to stay when visit bangkok, will book again in future.

This is my 4/5th time with Kokotel & i love it very much! It’s easy to go anywhere, even more cheap with grab to🤭 Everything is perfect with Kokotel! Would definitely come again 🩵 THANK YOU!

Stayed here for several times, both the new and older wing. Room is less spacious in the old wing but cleanliness was fine. There was not too much space in the room to move flexibly but the bathroom was strangely oversized with ample space for movement. The imbalance in space design was peculiar but nonetheless the room was very functional with basic amenities provided. Good for a short stay in Bangkok and convenient to most central locations in the city.

Light bulb in the room is not bright enough,even when i turn on all of them

Location wise this hotel is good because its near to everyrhing. Will repeat.

Service standards may have dipped compared to my previous stay in 2019. Receptionist's service is mediocre. Hotel is far from BTS train but no issue if commuting via Grab. My room was assigned at the adjacent building (belonging to property) with a side entrance for hotel guests only.
