Pesan hotel yang berbeda. Saya memesan kamar di atap, yang cukup mahal, tapi saya pikir saya ingin kamar besar yang bagus dengan aksen kayu.... Sebenarnya, "kamar" itu adalah gubuk kayu, satu dari dua, bertengger di atas atap. Untuk beberapa alasan pemilik tidak membuat gubuk berpagar ini berukuran setengah atap, dan malah membangun pagar kayu di sekelilingnya, mendorongnya kembali ke sudut, dan memotong pemandangan di "depan".... Mengapa dia tidak memperpanjang pagar untuk memungkinkan "halaman dengan pemandangan" berada di luar pemahaman saya ... Dan yang terburuk di sini adalah pagar dikunci dengan kunci logam tua, tetapi pintu "kamar" (gubuk) tidak cukup dekat sehingga tidak dapat dikunci .... "Kamar" (gubuk kayu) sebenarnya cukup besar untuk tempat tidur ganda tua yang rusak dengan pengaturan handuk bercak darah yang bagus. Tidak ada meja tidur/meja samping tempat tidur. Tiga setengah dinding pintu geser kaca yang menutup dengan tidak benar, TV kecil, kulkas mini tua, dan AC tua. "Kamar mandi" sebenarnya hanyalah perlengkapan shower setengah rusak dan wastafel serta toilet di atap, secara harfiah keluar dari sisi bangunan, jadi Anda mandi di udara terbuka di atap, dengan layar privasi yang tidak jelas terbuat dari beberapa aluminium berkedip. Pancuran tidak memiliki tekanan air dan privasi terbatas, karena pemiliknya membuat ruang atap lain di gedung sebelah, dan para pekerja (dan calon tamu) akan dengan mudah dapat melihat tamu mandi setengah telanjang di luar gubuk kayu ini. Para pekerja konstruksi, menggiling dan menumbuk sepanjang pagi setelah itu, adalah ceri di atas sundae pengalaman hotel ini. Jika saya jadi Anda, saya tidak akan membayar lebih dari 100-200 baht untuk pengalaman berkemah gubuk atap yang unik ini. Atau, lebih baik lagi, lewatkan seluruh hotel.

While the accommodation offered reasonable rates, our stay was ruined by poor service and cleanliness issues that left us deeply disappointed. We would advise caution when booking a hotel that is quick to dismiss or misrepresent concerns. For a similar price, I would recommend considering nearby alternatives. It’s important to note that we are not demanding travelers. We understand that budget hotels come with certain limitations, and we are generally patient and willing to work through most issues. However, most reasonable requests are usually addressed with proper communication and effort. Our Experience: We called ahead to inform the hotel of our late arrival, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when we arrived, they were unable to provide us with the hotel’s address over the phone, making it difficult to locate the place. Upon check-in, we were surprised by a 400 THB surcharge for the late arrival, which hadn’t been mentioned earlier. That night, we noticed a large yellow stain on the mattress. Since it was late, we waited until the next morning to report it to the front desk. The following day, we requested that our room be cleaned. When we returned, we found that the same stained sheet was still on the bed. The front desk explained that they hadn’t changed the sheets, only made the bed, as they assumed we had spilled tea on it (the stain). The next day, after leaving around noon, we confirmed with the front desk that we wanted our room cleaned. However, when we returned around midnight, we discovered the room had not been touched. I spoke with the staff at the front desk, and although they didn’t provide a reason for the oversight, I asked for the room be cleaned the following day. Despite leaving the room around 1:00 PM and returning 7-8 hours later, the room still wasn’t cleaned. This was especially frustrating given that I had specifically requested the room be cleaned after the previous day’s issues. Additionally, the room had several other problems: it was infested with small ants, the safe was not functional, the king-size bed was actually two beds pushed together that tended to slip apart during the night, the bathroom lacked air conditioning. Although it wasn’t an issue for us, it’s worth noting that there is no elevator. If you’re on the 4th floor as we were, this could make a difference, especially considering the heat. The hotel is described as a breakfast house, breakfast was not served on Saturdays and Sundays, and on one occasion, breakfast wasn’t available at all because the cook was sick. When I contacted customer service, the hotel’s response was: “…everything in the room is fine, and there were no dirty sheets. When you requested clean bed sheets, the hotel staff immediately provided another to your liking.” This statement is categorically false. The room was only made up, and the sheets were only changed after I complained a second time. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned on the following two days despite my insistence and ample time for the staff to address the issue.

No lift available and we were assigned to the fifth floor with two large luggage (could have been better if there is a valet that we can pay to assist). The description should have said "no lift available in fine print". It is near Khaosan Rd. but not friendly to tourist that arrives at the middle of the night and have to navigate a 1 meter wide alley before getting to the hotel. The balcony door's lock is busted.

Decent little place, could have a bit more storage room for luggage but that's fine

I was pleasantly surprised by this guest house. It’s basic but the rooms/bedding are clean, nice shower and it’s generally quiet. A 5 minute walk from the Khoa San Road. I know others have commented on the alley you need to walk along to get to reach the hotel but we (myself and my 2 teenage children) felt safe at all times of day/night. We would stay here again.

ห้องพักสะอาด ดีมากค่ะ สมกับราคา จองห้อง 4 เตียง 2 ชั้นไป แอร์เย็นสบาย ห้องน้ำสะอาดค่ะ แต่ไม่มีม่านนะคะ ใครมากับครอบครัว ไม่เป็นไร แต่ถ้ามากับเพื่อนอาจจะต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวนิดนึง ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ทางเข้าแคบนิดนึงค่ะ

Вполне хорошее место для переночевать. Лифта нет, делюксы на 4 этаже. Все немного изношенное, но рабочее.

Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Не хватало шкафа для вещей, в номере одна напольная вешалка. Чайника не было тоже. Приходилось просить на ресепшен, чтобы убрали номер. Расположение не очень удобное, если нужно в район Сиам, но для прогулок по реке и для пользования речным транспортом - отлично. Недалеко от Коасан роуд

카오산로드 근처라 위치는 좋지만 숙소자체의 위치는 구석이라서 음쓰있는 골목 안쪽에 들어가야 숙소가 나타납니다. 방 자체는 나쁘지 않은데 2층침대에는 이불 대신 담요가 제공되고 드라이기도 없어요…
