Hotel jauh di dalam gang, 15 menit dari stasiun asok jauh, kamar agak dasar kecil, gelap dengan tidak banyak cahaya alami dan kurangnya fasilitas, Anda tidak mengerti sampai Anda memintanya, tidak ada sikat gigi, tidak ada kapas tunas…. Kulkas tidak dingin sama sekali, dan Anda harus membayar es.

Sulit untuk meraih di sini dan jalan utama selalu macet. Anda harus berjalan melewati gang yang panjang sebelum sampai, saat hujan tidak mungkin berjalan dan seluruh gang akan banjir setinggi mata kaki dan gelap. Meja depan hotel ok tidak ada yang luar biasa. Dinding dan lantai hotel sangat berlubang sehingga Anda dapat mendengar pintu berikutnya berjalan dan pintu membuka dan menutup. Banyak orang selalu di lobi pada tengah malam untuk mengeluh tentang kebisingan. Tapi Housekeepingnya luar biasa, kamarnya sangat bersih! Secara keseluruhan untuk harga, saya tidak akan mengeluh tetapi Anda membayar untuk apa yang Anda dapatkan!

The hotel was outstanding with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The dining options were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful. My stay was truly delightful and memorable 😌

We arrived early but unable to check in until 2pm. And they were short of towels but was delivered later. Chk in was ok and the reception girls were polite n helpful. Room was small if its 2 person with big luggage. Put on floor and block walking space. Location you need to walk like 500m from main road on the narrow alley into hotel. Kudos to one of the older male bellman who saw my fren was limping and offered to send him on his personal bike to main road. Breakfast was simple but enuf to start the day. Would be good if they have better coffee. There is a vending machine at lobby that u can buy drinks even beer, soju snd instant noodle. Overall not too bad for the price

This is not even a four star hotel compared to the 3 star Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations unlike Galleria 12 which is much much worse. Firstly, the hotel is located very very away far from the main road and it was terrible to walk about 10 minutes to the train station. Then the hallway to the room was very dark and the next issue was the housekeeper spoke very loudly early in the morning disturbing our sleep. Also, the front desk staff did not fulfill my room type request, even my request could be fulfilled. Very disappointed with the service provided. Gym not well maintained..

Room was clean and neat, hotel to BTS just a walking distance. But one thing made us disappointed was the door was not soundproof.

I didn’t stay this hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel. And next Second I called and asked for cancel. And told about my situation. But they Didn’t care about that. They said Unfortunately they cannot cancel. Actually that is my bad for not Checked before I confirmed. But I never booked this hotel.

The room was very clean and hygiene. The breakfast was normal. The location is 10 mns from Asok Station.

I booked the room but hotel staff want to keep my id card over night. Very rude reception staff. No one available to bring two glasses to the room & told to come & get it myself. What sort of service is this???

Great location near asok bts station, around 3 mins walk only.

Good for a budget hotel. Location is great and facilities are good enough for a short stay.

Food is good. It shows 4 star on Trip.com but I would rather rate 3 star or less. Having just a tiny swimming pool doesn't adds up to 4 star. I booked slender room so I have no complaints to it but poor sound proof between rooms.

Interesting. Wouldn’t give a 5 stars because honestly it’s a bit lacking. But the hotel staff are super friendly and they’d be able to help you. The rooms though are really small. But you’ll be able to upgrade to studio and suite at 399 onwards. The shower is not that great. May need to improve the shower system
