Berjalan kaki singkat dari Asok Hotelnya agak tua dan pencahayaan di lantai redup Kamarnya rata-rata dan insulasi suaranya kurang bagus Kolam renang dan gymnya oke, itu nilai plusnya Ada 711 di pintu masuk gang, jadi harus membeli sesuatu sebelum masuk restoran. Dibutuhkan sekitar 7 menit berjalan kaki dari gang ke hotel. Sharon Massage, restoran Korea di gang itu btw, lumayan bagus.

Transportasi sangat baik Stasiun Asok, Stasiun Sukhumvit, Pusat Perbelanjaan, Restoran, dll. Jaraknya sekitar sepuluh menit berjalan kaki. Berkatmu, itu tidak sulit Pusat Perbelanjaan Pasar Malam Grand Palace Khaosan Road Saya bisa menggunakan kereta bawah tanah tanpa menggunakan taksi. (Masalah lalu lintas Bangkok serius) Keunggulan lainnya antara lain Staf meja depan sangat ramah. Baik pria maupun wanita Bahkan jika saya tidak dicopet Saya yakin Anda memberikan tip yang cukup. Jika saya harus menunjukkan kekurangan lainnya, Kamar mandi di kamar yang saya gunakan adalah Bilik shower / wastafel / pintu masuk kamar mandi / kamar tidur Ketinggian lantainya sama Jika Anda melakukannya secara ekstrim Air pancuran mungkin sampai ke kamar tidur. Hal lain Pembersihan kamar terlambat atau tidak ada Sampah barang bekas 3 hari 2 malam Kami tinggal bersama Namun, lokasi dan tampilan kamarnya bagus untuk harganya. Hotel jauh di dalam gang, 15 menit dari stasiun asok jauh, kamar agak dasar kecil, gelap dengan tidak banyak cahaya alami dan kurangnya fasilitas, Anda tidak mengerti sampai Anda memintanya, tidak ada sikat gigi, tidak ada kapas tunas…. Kulkas tidak dingin sama sekali, dan Anda harus membayar es.

Sulit untuk meraih di sini dan jalan utama selalu macet. Anda harus berjalan melewati gang yang panjang sebelum sampai, saat hujan tidak mungkin berjalan dan seluruh gang akan banjir setinggi mata kaki dan gelap. Meja depan hotel ok tidak ada yang luar biasa. Dinding dan lantai hotel sangat berlubang sehingga Anda dapat mendengar pintu berikutnya berjalan dan pintu membuka dan menutup. Banyak orang selalu di lobi pada tengah malam untuk mengeluh tentang kebisingan. Tapi Housekeepingnya luar biasa, kamarnya sangat bersih! Secara keseluruhan untuk harga, saya tidak akan mengeluh tetapi Anda membayar untuk apa yang Anda dapatkan!

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

Service by staff was good eventhough location of the hotel was not the best.

I actually wanted to book Galleria 10, but the room I wanted was sold out. So Galleria 12 it was. My Missus and I booked the “suite” which is a big room and probably good value for money. Big Ref, Microwave, sitting area, desk for working. Good water pressure in shower. Silent and good aircon. We were in 3rd floor. The view a bit higher up would be probably nicer, but we were not in Bangkok to look out of the window. Room service was not really good. They took garbage, replaced used toiletries, made the bed and changed towels (most of the time), one day we had 4, the other day only 2. However, they never cleaned the floor in the 6 days. I left some candy wrapper (obvious) lying on the floor the first day, it was still there, when we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast was fine to start the day, and with no other options in direct neighborhood a good idea to book with the room. Staff overall was friendly and helpful. Jumped in the pool only 2 times for 5 minutes refreshing. Nothing to write home about, but better than no pool. Location is a bit further back from Sukhumvit Rd and it is a good 5 minute walk. Sadly, there is nothing in the Soi other than 1 restaurant. Most other Soi have way more to offer like shops and street food. But it was nice and quiet, which is of course a big “Plus”. General location is fantastic with Asak- and Nana Station as well as shopping malls and 2 entertainment districts in walking distance. May book again, but with that many options in this area, I also may end up at another place. Time will tell.

Stay this hotel a few times. Overall good. AC in small gym work on and off. Has bottle water in gym in morning. Need to walk about five minutes to main road. A couple good coffee shops on this small street. Staff will print documents without charge if you send then email.

I had a pleasant stay at Galleria12 Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers great amenities. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a nice pool, fitness center, and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options.

2nd time visit If you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and modern amenities, this hotel is a solid choice.

Customer service staff is warm and courteous, the room is clean and overall clean, the transportation is convenient, close to BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit station, there are also many Thai restaurants nearby, it is worth to stay.

Hotel seems near to Asok station but the walk from main road is abit too quiet especially for ladies. It will be good if they were to bring back the feeder service from the train station. Drainage in toilet is shower area is bad. Water drain slower than us showering and water just overflow to the dry area. Tho the room is for two people. Only one shower gel and one conditioning shampoo were given each day. Nonetheless, service at concierge was friendly and responsive.
