Fasilitas kamar sudah tua dan tidak nyaman untuk ditinggali. Kuncinya setelah sampai di hotel, manajemennya kacau. Mereka tidak memberi saya kamar twin yang saya pesan. Malah saya dikasih double bed. Saya ditagih berlebihan oleh pemiliknya. Dia tidak bisa memberikan alasan untuk overcharge dan katanya harga hotelnya tiap hari beda-beda, jadi mahal, banyak, dan sama sekali bukan harga yang dipesan di aplikasi! Ini sangat konyol sehingga saya tidak tahan! Bahkan pria Thailand yang bekerja di meja depan tidak tahan dengan sikap pemiliknya, jadi dia terus meminta maaf kepada saya secara pribadi. Saya juga akan memberikan ulasan negatif terhadap tempat ini di halaman pemesanan saya! Setiap orang harus menghindari hotel ini.

Fun quick trip to our favorite little spot in Bangkok. Close to everything. Comfortable bed, friendly hostess. Gives you lots of details about sights to see.

Really nice and relaxing garden downstairs. It's conveniently close to the nightlife, but very quiet. Staff is nice.

Great location near Khao San but away from the noise. Owner is lovely and very helpful. 250 baht breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location n the middle of Bangkok. Can be considered good based on its price.
The structure is totally different from the pics on Booking. The room was very dirty and in 3 days noone come to make it. We had only one small tower for all the stay. The owner is awful and mainly not collaborative. Even the run-down elevator was swithced off in the night. I would highly reccomend to stay away if you do not want to have a nightmare vacation.

My friends and I spent a couple days here and the experience couldn't have been better. The women who owns the place gives off grandma/loving aunt vibes. She's always caring and super-friendly, (just like her staff), and she makes excellent recommends about what to see and where to go. The cost USD to Baht is very affordable for a location so close to Khao San road. I would definitely book here again!

I booked a room with this hotel through an online travel agency in April for January 2025, and I received a confirmation email for the booking. Since then, I’ve tried to reach out several times via the same online platform, both in English and Thai, for some practical inquiries but never received any response. In August, I decided to finalize my trip to Thailand and contacted the hotel directly via email in Thai because I wanted to pay for the four nights. I was already suspicious since the hotel hadn't requested a deposit upfront, which is quite unusual for a Bangkok hotel. Once again, I received no reply. I then sent a message through a well-known instant messaging platform, and I could see that it was marked as “read.” It took them more than a week to finally respond. Their explanation was that there had been “an error in the system” with my reservation. Firstly, it's not the system that’s at fault, but rather the person managing it who made the mistake. When a hotel receives an online booking, it should be entered into their reservation software, which provides a second chance to spot any errors. Telling someone four months later that you can’t honor their reservation is unacceptable. They then offered me a “special price” if I booked directly with them: 1,200 baht (around €32.50). However, this wasn’t even for the room I originally booked, but a lower-category one. This was also more than double the amount I was initially supposed to pay. If you want to avoid any unpleasant surprises when you arrive in Bangkok—such as being told there was an "error in the system" when you check-in—I would advise booking elsewhere. My experience with them was frustrating and far from professional.
