Ulasan Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park

We are joining a wedding, so we choose this hotel. We add another room on the 2nd day of stay. The staffs help us to carry all our belongings very very nice and helpful. The food in the hotel is also very good.

Always feel like home! Check in was smooth, all the staff are friendly, housekeeping team always know our need and standby the things for us without any reminder. Good location!

Perfect location between central MRT and BTS lines. Rooms are spot on. Breakfast is great with all you can ask. Swimming pool on rooftop is nice.

I will stay here whenever I visit Thailand. Feeling safe and comfortable.

One of Japanese staff Ms. Asuka is very kind and very friendly. Buffet breakfast also nice. Especially they have Japanese food too. I want to eat green seaweed again.

I feel that the club lounge could be made more welcoming and homey for the guests. The range of food is also quite limited. There should be some substantive dishes too. The Christmas spirit was felt at the main restaurant, perhaps the festive joy could be spread to the club lounge too.

While I’ve visited Bangkok many, many times this was my first stay at the Crowne Plaza. Overall, it was positive. I stayed on the 30th floor, silom view (wasn’t asked at checkin if I wanted a Lumpini Park view). The king size bed, pillows and linens were comfortable. Hot shower. A very nice tub, which I look for when booking because so many hotels are getting rid of bathtubs these days. I especially like the bidet (though flushing the toilet requires holding the button for 15 seconds, which was annoying). The wall art in the bathroom was missing and the scale didn’t work. Air conditioner worked well. Internet was very reliable. There was no mini bar / snacks. Didn’t try breakfast. It was very, very quiet, which I appreciated. I was not in the room during the times when the current construction was going on so did not experience any construction noise.

The hotel is located in the center of Lumphini / Sala Daeng area. It is very convenient location-wise and also very clean inside as well. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staffs were very resourceful and helpful and always asked me if I needed anything. It was also very easy to go out as it is next to the club streets. If I visit Bangkok, Thailand again, I will definitely stay in this hotel for sure.

All time’s favourite hotel. Definitely will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Bangkok. Just 5 mins walk can reach Sala Daeng BTS or Silom Mrt and 2 mins walk is Silom Edge mall. Inside the mall got fast foods, 7-11 and others food stall.

Excellent location as it is only 500m to Saladeng BTS platform and also 50m to Silom Edge Mall where Fast food, food court and 7 eleven are available. First of all Reception is located on 23rd level. Was allocated to room on 28th level which was greatly appreciated however each time Inorder to leave hotel, need to change elevator on 23rd floor which is quite inconvenient. The room bed is also sinking badly on both side which make it rather uncomfortable.
