I recently stayed and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze.

location is great and hotel is clean. They clean everyday and if you want to get amenities you should call the reception. One thing you should know that there are 2 hotel in one building. One is ibis one is mercure hotel. Ibis don't have any pool. Mercure does have a pool and if you want to access to pool and gym you should give 500baht to get full day pass. I did not know that and that was very dissapointing to listen in the hot day. It's great hotel exlude this pool problem. Everyhotel in this neighborhood has pool so seeing all the buildings that have pool in the rooftop is so sad. Beside the pool thing staying at this hotel is very pleasant.

Upon checked in, there was a strong sewage smell from the toilet. The shower head wasn’t working as well, informed the staff and they managed to rectify the issue. As you can see, no privacy at the toilet as the blinds do not fully covers the windows. Besides the dated decor of the room, it also has a musky smell. Will not stay again.

Smooth check in and out experience. Hotel seems new. I'm impressed with the co working area which is good for short business meeting and the open hangars (not typical wardrobe) - practical! The breakfast spread was varied and cozy decorations and layout. Location is superb. Shopping malls nearby, plenty of massage places and 7 Eleven just downstairs!

Location of the place is amazing, it was near to IKEA and newest mall Emsphere. Also BTS just 10 mins walk away and few stops from shopping heaven of Siam Paragon and Centralworld. Even though building and facilities look kinda old, breakfast was interesting and pool is located on the 9th floor which has a an amazing look overview. Would definitely stay again when i'm in BKK for sure.

Hotel staff is polite, respectful and helpful. For example, provided information about how to get to the laundry mat. Although the restaurant and swimming pool are not open, you are allowed to use the swimming pool and restaurant of the next building. If you included breakfast in your room booking, you don’t pay for breakfast at the restaurant. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. They had a wide variety of foods. They serve various alcoholic drinks too. You can also use the gym of the next building. The bedroom and the bathroom are clean. The air conditioner in the room is noisy.

A great location, very clean, amenities as advertised and very nice English speaking staff. There was even a free breakfast available! It's just some basic pastries, eggs and sausages but totally sufficient esp since it's for free. One couldn't hear the noise from the street but you could hear the neighbors or people walking in the corridor. Still had a great stay and highly recommend!

Many times to Bangkok but this was the first stay at this hotel. Chose it because of the location which is near to main shopping malls and many restaurants. The lady at the front desk upon arrival was helpful and friendly. Given a quiet room facing abandoned building at the back. Access card to the room was a bit tricky, tried a few attempts to get in. Cleanliness is ok. Don’t like the bathtub as I prefer simple shower. The TV console messy with wires, and the bright emitting red light from the entertainment box is just annoying and a bit sus. Overall ok for a short stay.

It delivers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location: While it may seem a bit out of the way at first glance, it really isn't. The hotel provides an hourly shuttle service, and with Bolt, you're just minutes from ASOK, NANA, and SIAM. If you prefer walking, ASOK BTS Station is about 8-10 minutes away, giving you easy access to the entire city. Room & Comfort: Budget hotels often compromise on bed quality, but not this one. Our Deluxe Twin Room had top-notch beds with excellent comfort and good pillows. The bathroom was modern and spacious, featuring a large shower. The minibar was well-stocked, and the gym, while basic, was clean, well-maintained, and even provided free water and a powerful AC. Breakfast: The biggest surprise was the outstanding breakfast. High-quality food with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelets and even the chance to put together your own Caesar salad. Truly impressive! We recently stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and overall had a very good and comfortable experience. We booked two rooms for our group, and both were clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after long days exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff did a great job each day. One downside we encountered was the lack of WiFi access. Despite confirming that WiFi would be available when booking, we were unable to connect throughout our stay. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since we were relying on it for travel planning and communication. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve on for future guests. Aside from the WiFi issue, everything else went smoothly. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, local food spots, and nearby attractions. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. In summary, while we were disappointed by the lack of internet, the cleanliness, comfort, and service made up for it. We would consider staying here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Bangkok.
