Hotel dekat Masjid Al Badar Pussenif, Bandung City

I booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth. After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came. I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation. Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night. Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok). Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one). Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel. If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.

I recently stayed here where the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. Not only did they bring a delicious cake to my room, but they also surprised me by singing the birthday song. Their thoughtful gesture truly made my day extra special. Even the hotel was old but they maintained it quite well. I was told that they doing some renovations on the 3rd and 4th floors but that doesn't effect us at all as couldn't even hear a noice. Only feedback is that maybe the hotel can look at the towels as they seems old and need to be changed... Other than that they are good.

nice staying in aryaduta bandung. eventhough the building qiute old but its very well maintain. All the staf are friendly and commumicative. I would like to stay again if we revisit bandung.

very enjoy at their business lounge in 18 th floor, not happy with receptionist when check in, I feel they are not to be honest to guest, for using business lounge should be only pay Rp350.000 per person but they push me to upgrade room. Also when I asking additional water by rool call, they make it difficult, my request is only water, but the services is doesn't like five star hotel

Place: the place is beside trans studio mall, easy access to street food too. Room : a normal budget hotel with small room, big suitcase not recommend unless you are solo traveller. 1 big suitcase still ok. Its clean with complete amenities. Surprisingly there is bolster for anyone who cant sleep without it. Staff : its helpful, but lobby often to be so crowd so maybe you need to speak more louder so the staff can hear it well. Note : you able to put your suitcase first before or after check in.

Generally ok hotel as location is very centralised , clean, spacious and with good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local n western options. Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.
