Location - quite convenient to locate but not a lot of parking Check In - fast and easy Room - not clean, there were stains on bed, toilet was dirty, sink was broken. Service - front desk agreed to change room upon complaint, but the new room still had the same issues. Overall - disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and room. service was decent. We checked out and received partial refund. Will not return.

The hotel are old and really need to do refurbished. The carpet in the room is smelly and many items in the room did not well maintained. Breakfast spread are not good too.

Actually for a very good location ... but we have to wait to check in some of the rooms we ordered. The door to the room also must use a manual key.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable, the pillows are soft, clean, fragrant, the food is delicious, highly recommended for staying.

The room is ok, quite clean, breakfast is given a variety of menus and is delicious. It's just that yesterday I was given a room that the wifi couldn't reach. Overall ok.

The cleanliness of the room was really not maintained, several times I asked for the pillow case to be replaced because there were lots of spots, the bedsheet and duvet had lots of spots, soap was not provided even though there was a soap dispenser but nothing in it. The view of the room is quite okay, strategic location in the middle of the city, service is just ordinary because not all the staff are friendly, some are rude too. Thanks๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
