Recommended for travellers who are on a tight budget but still wanted to have comfortable stay all the staff at this hotel are very friendly & polite and kind, the room is very specious. My family and i will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit brunei.

They give me room next to the kitchen and there is too much noise coming through the washing machine. the funny thing is that hotel staff start washing clothes at midnight when I am just about to sleep. other than all are OK

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Hotel near the town in Brunei, and my experience was quite delightful. The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the town, made it convenient for exploration and local attractions. The spacious and well-appointed room offered a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff's warm welcome and efficient service added a personal touch to the overall experience. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable. Radisson Brunei boasts impressive amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. The on-site dining options exceeded my expectations, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. One standout feature was the hotel's commitment to safety and hygiene, evident in their adherence to health protocols. This added a layer of comfort, especially during these times. The proximity to the town allowed me to easily explore local markets, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Whether for business or leisure, Radisson Hotel Brunei provides a welcoming and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of hospitality in the heart of Brunei.

Check in time is strictly at 2pm. Bed a bit hard (For me) Gym quite run down or under renovation. However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.

The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the location is great. The rooms however are dirty, paint is peeling from the walls, there is hair on the floor, and a lot of bugs. I opened the kettle to boil some water and it was full of dead ants.

Almost perfect - cleanliness of room cannot be faulted, though you have to turn on the electronic 'Make my room' light before housekeeping would make up the room. Water was provided in the common area for you to refill your bottles (we stan a green hotel). Hotel is also walking distance to the SOAS Mosque, BSB waterfront, and the Hua Ho department store (which has a big supermarket and a decent food court at its basement). Hotel also provided shuttle service for free from and to the airport - contact the hotel before your arrival to BSB to arrange - and free shuttle to various tourist spots in BSB though please note that these have to be arranged in advance as there are limited vans and drivers. If other guests have beat you to it, you either conform to their departure time and itinerary or arrange your own transport. Again, advance planning would be key. Breakfast provided was decent, though a little carbon heavy with the only protein offered being eggs (cooked a la minute in style of your choice). Would recommend taking breakfast as there aren't decent options around unless you make the 15 min walk to the city centre. All in all, a good stay. Could have been better if they arranged the shuttle service on a fixed schedule and route so it doesn't become a matter of who pulls the trigger first.

The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed. Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to all attractions, the room is of a suitable size, the surrounding places to eat are also very good, and the hotel service is also very good. The entire Brunei transportation is extremely inconvenient, there are few public transportation and taxis are very expensive.

Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place. Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)
