A lovely host and stay Booked at short notice as we needed somewhere to stay in Banbury whilst we helped our daughter move. Sian was very helpful as we were unsure when we would be able to check in and offered us extra arrangements if we arrived later in the day. A warm welcome, a lovely room and breakfast was superb. Sian also gave us some pieces of her lovely flapjack to take with us when we returned to Leamington Spa to continue unpacking for the house etc. We are spoilt by living in a quiet cul-de-sac and I forgot my earplugs (and it was a warm night so we needed a window open) so I would just say there is some traffic noise through the night so do consider taking earplugs if you are a very light sleeper but we would not hesitate to stay again.

Beds were so comfortable fabulous hosts great breakfast full English and continental fabulous rooms fabulous hosts would definitely recommend this b& b lovely and clean proper percolated coffee I would recommend this to anyone a lovely variety of breakfast fresh fruit I will definitely be back ty

Warm welcome and very attentive landlady. Rooms scrupulously clean Breakfast really excellent. Very handy for town centre pubs and Restaurants. Excellent value for money. Go ahead and book with confidence there are many other places in Banbury that you should absolutely avoid at all costs

Sian is a lovely host who really made us feel very welcome . When we arrived she made us a pot of tea and served some delicious home made cakes. The room that we had ( the last available) was very small as was the bathroom but it was clean and the walk in shower ( always essential for me) was good. Breakfast was excellent and Sian makes perfect poached eggs . We only stayed one night but would stay again as the location is ideal to walk into Banbury and everything else was good.
