This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

All perfect, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, very good room, air-conditioned that works, indoor and outdoor pool working very well, clean, and not to mention breakfast, super complete, in the right measure in terms of food variation, not little or much, in the ideal and super well done. I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.

The hotel has a great location in the Camború Balneário, but it left to wish for breakfast because the orange juice served was acetic. I had a problem with the shower, but it was solved by the hotel team.

The hotel was quite comfortable, staff were also quite educated, the cost-benefit ratio was very good, considering the hotel prices in the region of Balneário Camború.

In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.
