Benar-benar pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa! Kamar saya menghadap landasan pacu bandara, dan pada malam hari sungguh menakjubkan! Kamarnya besar, fasilitas lengkap, bersih, semua seprai baru! TERBAIK! Sarapan di restorannya enak dan resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Pertahankan layanan yang luar biasa!

I stayed at Horison Ultima Bandara Balikpapan during a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The location is very strategic, just a few minutes from the airport, and the free shuttle service was very convenient. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and a safe. The bathroom was also clean with complete toiletries. One unique feature was that some rooms offered a direct view of the airport runway, which was quite interesting. Breakfast at the restaurant had a good variety, offering both Indonesian and international dishes. I also took some time to relax at the outdoor swimming pool, which was a nice touch after a busy day. Overall, this hotel provides great comfort and good service at a reasonable price. It’s a great choice for those needing accommodation near the airport with complete facilities and excellent service.
