A great Tulamben diving trip. Coach Yueyue is professional and serious. We successfully completed the A-level course. Later, we chose to stay in the oxygen course and continued the 3-day FD. The dive guide was patient and responsible. Coach Yueyue recommended us the tour route and helped us to arrange the car and boat. All the arrangements were very appropriate and especially considerate! The view upstairs is beautiful, the noodles are delicious, and the cats are cute. See you next time!

Bedsheet, bed, pillow cases are a bit old and cleanliness aren’t very ideal. I was feeling itchy the entire night. Rest including locations and hardware are good.

Had a great stay. Air conditioning is really good, didn’t manage to try the gym and pool but I enjoyed my stay overall. Asked for late checkout and they told me to give a good google review first before they’ll grant late checkout till 2pm. Hence, do not trust all reviews on Google because I was asked to do so even before seeing the room

room n bed was clean staff was very friendly n helpful location of the hotel nearby some attractions n few mins walk to convenience mart bt only thing is room nt very soundproof so if there is ppl using the pool u cn hear them and the aircon is nt tht cold we set it to 18 degrees celsius bt still nt tht cold other than that everything else was great breakfast selection is great as well

The staffs there are so polite and giving the best services to us. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Sana Vie Villa, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: 1. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the villa, especially the toilet, was unacceptable. It did not meet basic hygiene standards, and the overall villa felt poorly maintained. 2. Condition of the Room: The room appeared run-down and in need of repairs and updates, which negatively impacted the ambiance of the stay. 3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast provided was not served hot, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, I was served a cracked mug, which was concerning from a safety and quality perspective. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

The room facilities are quite good, and there is also a smart system, but the bathroom door makes a loud noise when closed. Overall, it is a good transition hotel next to the airport. Not close to the sea, inside the city, there is no scenery, and there is no need to play in the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is delivered to the room. If you get up late, you have to fight with 🐜 for something to eat. It feels like there are no other facilities except the guest rooms and lobby. Suitable for guests who like to go out and play rather than stay in a hotel. The swimming pool is very large, and the water is changed at a fixed time in the morning. The overall area is relatively small. Of course, the price is here. It is a good value for money. You can order massage in the hotel.

Really great service by the team at the resort. They were all friendly and helpful in making sure we have the best stay. In room dining food were tasty. Room was modern and cozy with exceptional room facilities. The only downside is the room is not noise proof. Me and my wife could not sleep until 3am due to next door neighbor was partying till 2am. Maybe we were unfortunate to get a partying neighbor that night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the resort and will definitely come back again.

I like the feeling of the jungle. K CLUB Resort allows you to enjoy the beauty of UBUD in the hotel environment! Environment - The garden of the resort itself is very beautiful. Walking on the road, you will feel that there are both the exquisiteness of European gardens and the style of Bali. Flowers, green fields, water, everything complements each other. It is very convenient to go from the room to the restaurant and SPA. Partners must not miss the beautiful scenery of the rice fields. Even though there are many rice fields in China, the scenery here is also unique. - I booked a 3-room villa with a view of the terraced rice fields. The whole space is very large. All 3 rooms have open-air space, and the sun shines directly on the plants. Not to mention the swimming pool, it is very comfortable. I like the Buddha statue in the grass, which makes me feel that the Buddha and his kindness are around us. Food -To be honest, I am very picky about food, but the variety of breakfast is very rich, and you will definitely choose what you like. What I like most is that it can take away breakfast, and later I found out that I can order breakfast from the room, which is really great! My husband often wakes up at 11 o'clock, and their delivery service can be delivered until 12 o'clock, which is very friendly to us lazy people. -We also enjoyed the villa barbecue that day. It was Chinese New Year's Eve. We could watch the gala and enjoy the food. What better New Year's Eve dinner than this? Our whole family was freed from cooking! Thanks K CLUB -Of course, we also tried the dinner at the hotel Akar, which was also impressive, the layout of the restaurant, the taste of the golden steak SPA -I would recommend every friend to go to the jungle spa. I didn't know that this spa I liked was in this hotel at first, and then I found out that such a coincidence made me happy for a long time. You can directly see the jungle, hear the birds, and the colors of the coconut trees and petals are very beautiful. Not to mention that the massage is very professional. We arrange massages almost every week, but the massage here, especially the head and back, has a very good medical effect. Service -Finally, I must say that the service really made me feel at home! I have been to more than a dozen countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but the service experience at K CLUB is really great. I was worried at first whether the language barrier would affect it, but it didn't! Believe me, everyone you meet is very professional, friendly, considerate and warm! We took photos with many service staff, which is something we have never seen anywhere else. My husband and parents like them very much, Duwika, the housekeeper of our villa No. 9, the masseuse of the SPA, everyone is very good. They even came to the villa to wish us a happy new year and prosperity. This is my favorite hotel! The hotel is very hip and modern. The infinity pool is the one i like the most in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Its located in the best location in kuta of which next to the beaches and only 5-10 mins walk to the kuta beach walk shopping center. The only draw back in this hotel is the gym equipment not enough. Others are perfect . Will definitely stay again.
