Comfortable room, strategic location from my destination, unfortunately I stayed 2 days but the room was never cleaned, the bathroom was clean, only the towels smelled of chlorine, fortunately I brought my own towel, there was hot water in the shower

Basic value for money: hot water, clean room, fresh bedding and towels, friendly staff who are happy to help with whatever you need. They clean the room daily and spray for mosquitos. Down the back roads, it is quiet and in a convenient location for most key places. They can also help with transport and other helpful info.

The location is ok not that far from anywhere you wanna go in canggu but the hotel it’s not really how it looks in the picture everything was very old and kind of broken there was no water in the washroom for one whole night and on the dining area there’s a lot of flies always so i wasn’t able to eat peacefully. The staff are very nice and sweet and give u good service. but the water bottle they put in the room they charged me for it :/ I’ve never seen any other hotel that charged u for the water I thought it’s included in the price of the hotel i pay.

It's a pity that I didn't listen to the reviews, the pebbles in the shower are really awful... Very very dirty, I hope that the hotel will read the reviews and remove them, they are not needed there at all. It is very disgusting to wash in the shower. Because of these stones there is a stench in the bathroom, and in the room itself. Maybe the room itself is nice, but I can't even write anything else, remove the stones urgently, then the hotel will be very good. There was a moment with insects, they were present (ants), but this is not surprising. There is a parking lot at the hotel, you can drive in by car.

The place is peaceful and perfectly located. It’s easy to get around and also book a grab to go to near by restaurant. It’s very close to Finns beach club and the stuff is amazing. The breakfast menu is just okay, could be improved but overall I had a great stay.

The room is clean , like it. Swimming pool is clear, invites me to spend the day in the pool😁 Towel provided at the pool, unless they were out of stock, then you should bring from the room. Breakfast are considered O. K. With limited choices. Minor about the restaurant, it takes time for them to serve me half cooked boiled eggs Pastry and coffee considered good.

Location wise is about 40mins or more depending on time to Kuta beach area. There is a convenience store at the lobby which has bare minimal items but good enough. The room itself is a little run down. Shower head was ”splashing” outside the bath area. The minibar in the room was just room temperature, according to the staff, its only supposed to chill and not make it cold. Aircon took a long while to cool the whole room, almost over 2 hours. Lights was abit dim in the room. There's a glass panel between the room and toilet which makes it very inconvenient if the other pax needed the bathroom in middle of night and will flush lights into the room. Breakfast is acceptable. Food was on the salty end but thats also i prefer my food less salty. Service staffs were very helpful and polite. From front desk to room to coffee house. Was overall a nice and pleasant stay.

Facilities: single-family villa, very new decoration, independent pool, everything is very satisfactory Hygienic: very clean, the pool water is also circulating Service: Attitude is not bad. Every food in the minibar, including water, has to be charged, and it is not cheap. It feels that it can be improved. Although the wool is on the sheep, the experience will definitely be better.

The hotel is in the form of a villa so it is recommended for those who bring private vehicles because the distance from the lobby to the hotel is quite... and there is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage if you get a room on the 3rd floor But overall according to the price NB: please be careful with the sharp corners of the bed if you don't want your feet to be scratched like mine (in the photo)

Topnotch. Exceptional. Upon entry, I was elated to see the nice architecture, very unique interior design that showcases nature. Even though it’s not near the beach, the feeling of nature abounds— landscaping and greens even inside the rooms. Excellent indoor/outdoor feeling. Everything looks better than the pictures. Our private villa felt like a private oasis, almost like a second home. Kids had a wonderful time in the private pool with our own outdoor lounge and kitchen/dining area. We had a private chef cook for us (Chef Gede) and even booked his cooking class at the comfort of our own villa. Again, superb. I had an accident during the trip and they were kind enough to provide me with all the things I needed—even putting on a ramp without my asking. 🤎 Service was top notch. They accommodated my requests for errands. They have a WhatsApp number so everything was just a text away. Cleaning was done thoroughly and promptly every day. Amenities were beyond expectation. They decorated the villa for my sister’s birthday and even provided a complimentary cake. Walking distance from the villa are coffee shops and restaurants, although the villa didn’t make us want to go out anymore. A place to just chill and breathe in nature, and the perfect way to find yourself. Truly, the Santai was our home away from home. Thank you for giving us a great Bali experience 🤎
