Swimming pool was great, room is very spacious, design is instagramable. Very suitable for honeymoon couple. Customer services was great, even you need help late night. Bathtub is big, can fit 2 at the same time, bed very comfy. Breakfast service very good. Very private and quiet at night, feel close to nature. Downside: Limited hot water, food is not hor when serve, swimming pool have very strong chlorine smell, no appetite to eat near the pool. Wifi signal not stable sometimes. Location is quite a distance from the closest convinience store.

A really lovely, quiet hotel - tucked away in peace and serenity. It was very close to where we needed to be, in the Nuana development, and only a 5-10 minute drive on the scooter to the beach. The room was really spacious, with a big bathroom and we loved that they have a communal kitchen and dining/lounge area that you can use. If you want to cook full meals, the kitchen has everything you need. The pool was a great size to get in some lengths and Putu and his team were really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was good and all in all it was a great stay. We would stay here again for sure!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hostel numerous times, and while it may not be exceptional, it has consistently provided a hassle-free experience. On our previous visit six months ago, we were pleased to observe that the hostel had undertaken some notable improvements. Unfortunately, our latest stay revealed a decline in standards. The subpar condition of the towels and linen sheets is a pressing concern that may influence our decision to return to this hostel during our next Bali trip. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time here.

How can I say about the hotel? Compared with the price of 200 euros, I will say a few fair words: 1/ The hotel is relatively new, the room has a balcony, the room is not big, and the decoration is not bad. 2/ You can see the sea from a distance on the balcony, but it is not a first-line sea view. I booked a sea view king room for RMB 1,600 3/ The rooftop swimming pool is good, you can watch the sunset 4/ There is a lively neighborhood outside, there are many white people, and there are lively bars restaurants. 5/ The staff is very friendly Disadvantages 1/ It is said to be a sea view, but the first thing you see when standing on the balcony is a ruined land covered with weeds, and you can also see the unfinished building when you face the sea. 2/ The toiletries in the hotel are very simple, and the slippers are very thin 3/ There is no bathrobe, no bathtub, only one USB port and one type C charging port, and no mini bar 4/ 1,600 does not include breakfast, the breakfast list costs about RMB 120, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is semi-self-service. It feels that the cost performance is not high.

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.

The staff here were very hospitable and hands on for anything you need. Given that it’s a small place, they can cater individually to each customer . The cleanliness was quite good, especially compared to other places in Bali. The pool is also good & the breakfast is not bad either . It’s close to some restaurants and beach. The balcony is not too bad but a little small with a sub lounger which can be inconvenient if there’s two people who want to sit outside , and only one person can sit. Overall, we would recommend this place if you want to stay in somewhat quiet ish area of Seminyak , have decent cleaned room & hands on staff.

We had a great stay at The Salila. The pool and landscaping made the hotel very unique. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were always very nice. We were surprised to find an itemized list in the room detailing how much you’ll be charged if any item in the room gets damaged or spoiled. Im sure they’ve had a lot of problems to warrant the list. The only reason I rated the location as a 4 is because of the traffic. The hotel is located near the beach and has a short walking path, it’s also located nearby many popular Seminyak cafes and restaurants, and there’s a Circle K right at the end of the path. But the traffic on the road immediately outside was enough to make us not want to leave the hotel.

Outstanding 11 out of 10 experience in this sensational hotel. Truly world-class service and facilities. When choosing to stay at this hotel it will be everything you expect plus so much more! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way.
