Ulasan Natya Resort Ubud

Bagi orang yang lahir di pedesaan, tidak terlalu menarik karena perangkat keras homestay di pegunungan relatif biasa dan tidak memiliki fitur khusus. Makanan terapung dikenakan biaya tambahan sekitar seratus yuan.

Lokasi jauh. scenary adalah standar di ubud dan lebih baik menggunakan maya atau padma, bahkan barat. Sangat tidak fleksibel dan layanan tidak baik, tidak ramah. saat check in disuruh membayar tunai 300rb, yang tidak bisa disimpan di kartu kredit saya. Ini adalah properti yang sangat kecil di antah berantah sehingga Anda akan cepat bosan. Tidak ada protokol covid, tes suhu, pembersih tidak memadai. Sedang merayakan ulang tahun teman di properti tetapi staf tidak mengganggu dan tidak ada gerakan yang baik. Kami menyediakan 2 botol air mini mungkin yang terkecil yang pernah saya lihat di hotel mana pun. Kamarnya nyaman tapi desainnya bukan yang terbaik. Misalnya Anda memiliki 2 shower di kamar mandi kecil, outdoor dan indoor. Kulkas berada di lantai bawah sehingga Anda harus berjalan ke bawah kapan saja Anda ingin mengakses, dan pintu terbuka ke arah tangga yang sangat sempit. Staf tidak berpengalaman. Saat sarapan memesan sosis dan bacon yang telah diverifikasi sebagai daging sapi, namun untungnya manajer datang untuk memeriksa ulang dan memberi tahu kami bahwa itu adalah babi dan ayam, bagus karena kami tidak makan babi. Ditanya jenis teh apa yang mereka miliki dan diberi teh hitam tetapi setelah bertanya kepada manajer, lihatlah, mereka memiliki seluruh daftar. Btw jus yang disediakan sekitar 150ml. Akhirnya meminta checkout terlambat pada jam 1 siang untuk 2 kamar tetapi hanya diizinkan 1 bahkan ketika sebagian besar properti kosong. ini masa covid dan lockdown. Saya memiliki kecurigaan saya tentang ulasan online tentang hotel ini yang terlalu bagus untuk menjadi kenyataan, dan hotel ini sangat pelit sehingga perlu peringatan dari saya kepada calon tamu.

Great view, Great Service, very Friendly and Helpful Staff. It is a great place to stay and relax The food at the restaurant is extremely tasty I would return again sometime for another relaxing stay

Firstly the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they cannot do enough for you. Amazing. Location is ok slightly out but they have a shuttle bus quite regularly, taxis are cheap too. We hired a driver and whattsapp him to come get us if we needed to go out. Pool and views are stunning. Our room was very nice we had the pool Villa I’d reccomended it the views are so pretty as the sun goes down. It’s a clean room, bed is comfortable and massive!

Feel the charm of Bali in a green lush area.. the view from the pool is so amazing, so relaxing and refreshing..My room package comes with good breakfast although less food selection..I love the tranquility and the natures. The room is very comfortable and so Balinese..perfect for lovely couple..the location is a bit isolated from ubud town but still able to travel around by taxi or grab..in overall, it was definitely a pleasant stay

The location is rather far from town. The resort does not have facilities such as gym. In the eveing, there is nothing much to do. However, the customer service at the front desk and restaurant is excellent. Room is big and generally clean, and the private swimming pool overlooking the forest is fantastic. Place is more suitable for a relaxing romantic gateway for couples and not so much for families.

This resort is the type of place you see on social media when you search for Bali. Very quiet (except for jungle wildlife) and secluded in the jungle mountains outside of Ubud. Definitely an ideal spot if you want to get away from it all. My wife and I had our own pool looking out into the jungle; an ideal place to have our first Bali floating breakfast. The staff was very friendly although not always on time with house keeping. However, the waiters and chefs at the restaurant were the nicest we met in Bali. They even surprised me with a Happy Birthday song and cake the day we were checking out and I never even told them when my birthday was lol. However, there is a caveat to this resort; If you are scared of bugs and/or jungle wildlife then this may not be the place for you. You will see or hear some crawling critters in and outside of your room. But what do you expect? you're living in the jungle. If that does not deter you than I would definitely recommend this resort.

Excellent hotel with an amazing suite and a superb private pool! For this is the best hotel ever in Bali! The stuff and service is amazing also the room was so clean and no bigs or lezard! Only at night you can see some at the pool area which normal because at night mosquitoes come close the light! Even so the room is fabulous ! Recommand 100% (zero regrets 👌)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the beautiful Natya Resort. From check in to check out all the staff were so attentive and welcoming, they really cannot do enough for you. We loved our private pool villa, which was such a luxury. We loved the concept of the 2 story villa and space that it had to offer. The villa was well decorated and had all required facilities. We also used the main pool, which is the best place to get the sun. This pool is rarely busy and is a nice change of scenery from the villa pool. We enjoyed the varied options offered in the al a carte breakfast and it was great that this was offered at the restaurant or in the room (free of charge). We had a few lunch and dinners too, which were reasonably price and tasty. I am a vegetarian and felt there were plenty of veggie options. We also made the most of the complimentary daily afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. We both had a 60 minute massage at the Spa, which was great and was very well priced. I would definitely suggest having a treatment whilst staying here. We also paid for the laundry service, which was reasonably priced and efficient. The best thing about the resort is most definitely the stunning location and views. We felt very lucky waking up here for 5 days. The resort is a peaceful paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre however it is very easy to get to the centre and local tourist attractions via car. *The only thing we would make aware to future guests, is that some off of the villas are down several flights of steep steps. We are fortunate to be able to do these steps but we would suggest contacting the hotel if this is something that you would struggle with. We are very grateful for the staff who carried our luggage up and down those steps, we were impressed! Thank you again. We highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back some day. Perfect hotel and perfect staff. I want to thank Gita from the staff for her kind hospitality and professionalism… The villa was perfect, clean and with a wonderful view. The breakfast was amazing but the food for lunch and dinner needs more improvement.

What an amazing time we have both had at this truly stunning place. We are spending 4 nights here and though we are checking out tomorrow we already don't want to leave. I think the first thing to give praise to are the staff. From the moment we arrived and throughout they have all been so welcoming and warm. They really cannot do enough for you and are all so genuinely attentive and accommodating. The accommodation is naturally such a beautiful place but the staff really add to the experience and are a great credit to the resort. With regards to our room we stayed in a luxury villa which are the ones set further back and highest in the valley. There are royal villa's set over 2 floors below but we were happy with our choice as we felt the view was nicer and it felt lighter than further down. The luxury villas are also on one level so you can walk straight from your bed to the amazing outdoor space which is the jewel in the crown of these beautiful rooms. There is indoor and outdoor showers, an amazing bath with views to the valley outside and a lovely big and comfortable bed. Outside there is a private pool, day bed and sub chairs to relax as well as a table for any room service. It was cleaned twice a day with the mini bar and water being restocked and I couldn't fault any of it. An absolutely stunning room with a view to match! Food & drink was all superb. Every dinner we had was excellent and there is a wide variety on the menu to choose from though we tried to stick with local dishes. There was loads of choice for cocktails also and the wine and beers were good also. Breakfast was included each day and was great with lots of choice again all of which had multiple courses, including fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes or cooked food. The setting for dinner is lovely overlooking the main pool and we loved eating there but what we found really impressive is that you can have everything delivered to your room at no extra cost and have your meals there if you wanted to. We done this for breakfast one morning and it was a nice experience. The Spa was lovely also and very reasonably priced compared to other 5 star resorts we have visited so we took advantage of that and both massages we had were superb. Outside of relaxing for our 4 days we also spent half a day on a tour of local sights in Ubud travelling to local rice fields, an amazing temple, a coffee plantation and a beautiful waterfall all of which were excellent and I would recommend this if you want to get out and about. There is also a free shuttle service into Ubud centre (about 15 mins away) that runs 3 times a day though we didn't take advantage of this it was good to know it was there. There are other activities that are on offer such as daily walks, free yoga, cooking classes and regular events on in the restaurant each night. We went to the BBQ night with live acoustic music and it was a great night! To summarise, I was chatting with a Manager at the resort who seemed genuinely

A magical location with stunning jungle views from our villa Panyu. Could not ask more from all the staff : the reception, cleaners, restaurant and gardeners who all combine to make for a memorable holiday. Would love to return some day. Thank you
