Sangat disayangkan untuk dibaca ketika Manajemen tidak diberitahu tentang umpan balik ini selama Anda menginap. Kami mengadakan pemeliharaan tahunan untuk keseluruhan resor karena kami ingin menjaga resor kami tetap bersih dan terawat dengan baik, hal ini jarang dilakukan oleh hotel/resor. Kami biasanya menerima umpan balik tentang betapa murni, bersih, dan sempurnanya fasilitas WC kami. Bagaimanapun, kami senang Anda menikmati masa tinggal Anda dan berharap dapat bertemu Anda lagi dalam waktu dekat.
