Sayang Sanur Terrace House

When we arrived at Sayang Sanur we were really happy and excited to stay there for the week. The villa was really lovely the Staff were very friendly and accomodating until we felt that things started to show that weren’t so great. Construction next door was loud, dogs were barking constantly. We couldn’t be outside in the lounge room because of mosquitos and our kids were bitten so badly even with spray and the coils they provided. The villa needed a really good clean, stairs had drips down and surfaces had grime from previous people that stayed before. Our pool hadn’t even been cleaned or attended to until we said that it needed a clean it was 3 days later that someone did it. We liked the villa and the location but it wasn’t worth the price we paid for the week.

We have stayed at Sayang many times and would highly recommend the resort because of the wonderful reception and housekeeping staff and the great amenities. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay special. The location is also within walking distance to all shops and beaches. The villas are also very clean and the beds are comfortable. We just keep coming back for more of the wonderful Balinese hospitality at Sayang Sanur.

Stayed in 3 bedroom villa with group of 6. Positives. Awesome location in great part of Sanur. Plenty of restaurants and bars at doorstep. Set back of road so very quiet. Private pool Awesome. Daily breakfeast everything you need to start the day. Villa spacious and clean with plenty of space for everyone. Negatives. None. Great place to stay.

8 of us stayed for three weeks in June 2024, renting 2x2 bedroom villas and 1x1 bedroom apartment via AirBNB. The deal included breakfast for those of us staying in the villas, but not the apartment, which was never explained. We loved the villas, positives were the comfortable beds, great ac, decent showers, great pool and small gym, easy walk to many bars, cafes, beach, shops and restaurants, The staff were lovely, really friendly and good at their jobs. Negatives in the villas are the poor selection of cooking utensils and coffee mugs, and the condition of some of the towels. My brother's villa also had ongoing issues with the hot water in the shower that never seemed to quite get fixed. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the apartments and whilst it was decent enough, he felt the curtains lacked black out curtains, the shower arrangement was not the best (not fixed to the wall above he bath, just hand held), they lost water connection a few times and the apartment was a little spartan and often smelled of cigarette smoke? However we did have a great time there, so much so, my wife and I are coming back to stay in the same villa in June 2025.

A great choice for a stay in Sanur, friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast, pool and gym, good Wi-Fi. All in all very good Location is excellent and very close to many shops, restaurants and bars and also a short walk to one of Sanur’s beaches

Bel endroit très bien situé , personnel très professionnel . Séjour dans la villa 3 entre amis , trois jolies chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain , un bel espace ouvert pour se retrouver et se rafraîchir dans la piscine , sympa pour ceux qui ne veulent pas cuisiner mais se faire livrer des plats ! Merci de garder ce lieu neuf
