The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Every time we came back to the hotel they welcomed us by saying “Welcome back home” we really felt at home. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in Ubud city. It’s very easy to get around to and from the hotel. Everything was amazing. I wish we stayed at Jati longer

This hostel had a lovely, calm atmosphere with lots of greenery and a beautiful koi pond. The staff were kind to us when we needed to check out early and prepared a tasty breakfast for us earlier than usual, which we really appreciated. However, we paid extra for a 'Superior Double Bed Private Ensuite' room, which was advertised to have a double bed and a view from the first storey of the hostel. Unfortunately we were given a room on the ground floor of the hostel which had two single beds, NOT a double bed. We brought it up with staff twice and showed them screenshots of our booking, but they did nothing to help us and just told us we had a double room, when it was clearly two singles and not the room that was advertised. There were some other small issues with the facilities, such as the shower head being mounted on the wall only about a metre above the ground, and no bath mat supplied.

Chambre insalubre, poussière sous le lit et plastique, la literie troué et sale , pas de télé ni de coffre fort , la salle de bain pleine de moisissures avec un mini lavabo sans eau chaude .. les bestioles rentre par le toit je n'ai pas fermé l'œil de la nuit.. la réception tout comme la chambre et dégueulasse. FUYEZ c'est un ESCROC un ATTRAPE TOURISTES !
