Upon arrival the booking I made months earlier was not provided. Instead they gave me an inferior room and I was required to change the following day. I was told it would be ready at 10am, then. 11am… so I had to wait around until it was eventually ready at 4pm which completely messed up my day. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end of the disastrous experience as the AC in the room didn’t work and I was again asked to wait. Annoyingly they didn’t even get a technician to attend and the room was unbearable so I requested a change which they were unwilling to provide so at 8pm I was forced to seek alternative accommodation. Collection O (Hotel Sully) is supposed to be a retreat but this is anything but relaxing. The breakfast provided was appalling. It was left in a box, at reception and as no one informed me, it was sitting out in the heat for some time. Actually, it was still sitting there when I left at 8pm.

Staying at Suly for our Yoga Teacher Training was the best place for us to be. It's such a beautiful property located away from the crowds and traffic in Ubud, but close enough to for a 5 min scooter ride into town. The rice fields are a serene spot for a sunrise walk. During our stay there were a few things that happened that were a bit inconvenient, but out of the hotel's control. For example, the power went out a couple times and the pool was unusable due to a chemical imbalance from heavy rain. But the manager, Rini, and staff worked tirelessly to fix these issues as quickly as possible or offer other solutions. We were offered delicious vegetarian food during the days of our training, which was so nourishing. I felt amazing during this stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful stay. 😊

I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was at the Suly Resort. The staff and the ambience of the place made it a wonderful experience over all. I came to complete my yoga teacher training and there could not have been a better place to stay. Surrounded by rice fields and beautiful spiritual deities really made Le experience so special. I can’t wait to go back.

The place is incredible; I loved it because it's beautiful, surrounded by nature. The service leaves a little to be desired, as they don't serve food, coffee, or breakfast. It's true that the infrastructure could use some renovation, but leaving things as they are gives it an incredible atmosphere. It's clean.

Beautiful large room and incredible bed with comfortable mattress, slept for a year ahead. The territory is chatty, many places for privacy, good Wi-Fi. The staff is always ready to help. Special love - a large clean pool with a view of the rice fields 🫶

Very nice place, highly recomended. A magical place with all you can need, the main rooms are like for fairytale. NIce pleople, they always help us if you have any need better to ask. The have a nice pool in a silece area, all green and all happy.
