The location is excellent. Quiet at night, but close to reataurants and supermarkets etc. Its a basic guest house with a nice secluded and clean swimming pool. Clean towels every day would be an improvement. We would stay here again if we return to Ubud.

The place is located in a pretty small alley, but the bed sheets are old, the pillows have a musty smell, making it very hard to sleep.

The staff is awful!!! At the reception they did not give me a receipt for prolong the room for one night. when we checked out the next day they demanded to pay again. The staff doesn't communicate with each other at all.

Situated up a lane of main rd took a bit to get used to pool area nice breakfast nice WiFi on top floor room pretty much non existing had to sit at pool for good connectivity walked to monkey forest and also did the rafting and atv quads well worth it 👌

Located inside the deep long narrow lane, not convenient to get in after dark or with luggage. Amenities not enough; socket, slow wifi. Glass sliding door as entrance of the room hard to close properly to lock also needed to have curtains down all the times,

A small hotel with a beautiful, well-kept area and a swimming pool. The room was very large, with a large balcony. The cleaning was of high quality. Due to the location, the hotel cannot be reached by car, which should be taken into account by people with limited mobility. The location is not a disadvantage, you just need to consider that you will have to walk 100 meters with suitcases. In the neighboring villa there is a yoga studio, which disturbs the silence and interrupts the chirping of birds with its chants from 6 am. The disadvantages include the fact that the hotel does not provide a second set of towels - there is only one large one per person. Also, there are no glasses and tea cups in the room. There is a kettle, there are saucers, but no cups.

For 1-2 days a great place, a little bit away from the street, rice fields nearby. Bed with canopies, which wouldn't hurt to wash 🙈 no fridge, one cup ) To get to the hotel by scooter, you need to go a little further than Google shows. I've attached an approximate scheme of the entrance to the review.

Good hotel. Location. Came back again. Price at the time of post (November 2024) 2000₽ and 2200₽ with breakfast.

It's hard to figure out how to get there by bike, but if you walk, the location is great. Breakfasts are simple, the rooms are clean, we liked it.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, you have to walk through a small alley, but it is very quiet at night. It is a homestay with a swimming pool.

Staying here for 4 nights left a positive impression. I liked the location away from noisy roads, a lot of greenery on the territory, a swimming pool where you can refresh yourself after walks, daily cleaning, friendly staff. Every day they brought water in bottles (2 x 0.5 liters). Our price also included a hearty breakfast to choose from from the list, plus a fruit plate. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, electric kettle. Among the inconveniences: the location of the hotel on the maps is indicated incorrectly. The reception is in a separate building on the corner on the other side of the street. If you miss it, you can go to the building where breakfast is served, but there are no staff there for check-in. Other guests also did not immediately find the reception. I will definitely come back here if I come to Ubud!
