Very nice beach resort. Free bicycles for rent to cycle around the Kuta beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again if coming to Kuta next time.

+ve: There's greenery around the hotel, even the room's balcony. Nice seaview at breakfast. There's a kids' club with playground and kids pool.
-ve: Service can be improved. We checked in after 3pm and was told room was not ready. Had to wait for almost an hour. Totally unacceptable! Staff only called housekeeping to rush them while repeating the guest is angry. That is not polite. Manager only appeared at the end and was not sincere in apologies as well.
In another incident, our driver was asked by staff to stop away from the shelter, note there was no other cars around, and it was raining, we are with kids and bags and stollers. Staff watched us getting caught in the rain and didn't help.
And another incident, we just went out for breakfast in the hotel. When we were back, the housekeeping guy was in the room and our stuff was on the floor and in the cot. Do not understand why the housekeeping guys are always near our rooms, for long hours, Sometimes the trolley blocked our door, we have to push it away to enter the room.
Location wise, there are many other hotels down the road nearer to malls and shopping streets.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! We stayed here 5 years ago. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from the airport, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Breakfast was a highlight — there was a wide variety of options, all delicious and well-prepared. The private beach was clean and beautiful, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning sunset views.
Service throughout our stay was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. It’s great to see the resort maintaining such high standards.

First of all, the location is superb situated in Kuta area, just a stone away from F&B outlets.
Reception service is extremely disappointed. Arrival to check in no complain. But while check out, this is terrible ! Travel been so many years never experienced such a bad service. 1 of the your reception staff name Ratina, we are foreigner, we request to check from her do we need to pay the airport tax for departure. What is her answer ? She reply she don’t know. It show she is not well trained and no responsibility. We are waited at reception counter for check up and it takes donkey time what if we are hurry to catch a flight ???
Regarding on room, the basin and toilet bowl not work well, it drain out browny colour water. How am I going to wash my face and brush my teeth at the basin ?
Overall, morning BF and concierge service is really excellent but front reception is too bad i can only rated this hotel as 1/5 for the reception service !
The management need to well educated the front staffs, a simple question from reception can kill the rating !

Loving the resorts. The beach and the swimming pools are great. The breakfast is fusion and international selection. The location is accessible to Kuta town and beachwalk mall.

Premier room - a must
I booked one with access to the lagoon. I have to say I prefer my side as I was hidden by the flower once enjoying my swim. The other side is not for all the room and give on the main hall Thank you.
The breakfast buffet is a really feast with so many options. The chicken soup is delicious. I can’t name all the dishes available for the breakfast-brunch from 6am to 11am during my stay. You can arrive at 10:30am and there is still a lot of food. They really stop at 11am.
Hotel is so close to the airport and yet you seem to enter a bubble. No flights noise. Just a heaven. The outside swimming pools are really good in side. The view from the sand restaurant is peaceful. The grilled fish is amazing. I kept ordering it for my dinner.
I recommend it and I’ll certainly be back. It’s a nice stoplight ver in between flights or destinations, to relax and enjoy some good food and vibes.
The Spa is a must, I had an amazing treatment and a delicious tea. Oh the welcome drink too is good. I also bought a nice dress in the hotel shop.
All the staff is attentive and helpful. Thanks for making my stay a great experience and memorable souvenir.

10 minutes away from Denpasar airport. Right smack in the middle of 2 malls walking distance, Hippomall and Discovery mall.
The Anvaya is a beautiful resort and a very thoughtful resort catering to most of family needs. Staff are extremely attentive to your needs. Simple yet thoughtful activities like water yoga held by the main pool. The villa was exceptional. Tranquil pool and lounge area for villa members with free afternoon tea and snacks. Our room was superb and of coz the private pool got the kids going non stop and the bathtub was the favourite for the kids with TV and their favourite programmes. 😊👍🏻 Well done

The environment of the resort is very beautiful , the prices of the restaurants and bars are reasonable and the food tastes delicious, the service staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere of the whole resort is very comfortable. Worth staying again!

The environment is really nice, besides there are some activities I am interested in, however I don’t have time to experience. The breakfast includes a lot of options with wonderful ocean view! It’s convenient to walk to the discovery shopping mall and the Kuta beach. Hope I will have more time to come for vacation!
