Your mention of staff standing by without offering help is deeply troubling and has been brought to the attention of our team for immediate retraining and review.Regarding the housekeeping matter, we are truly sorry to learn that your privacy felt compromised. Please allow us to clarify that, as part of our standard procedure, our housekeeping team will proceed with cleaning rooms during the day unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is activated. This is intended to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, but we recognize that in your case, it led to an unsettling experience, particularly with your personal belongings being placed on the floor and in the cot — a situation we sincerely regret. Additionally, the consistent presence of housekeeping trolleys near your room and the obstruction of your doorway are not acceptable, and we are taking corrective steps to ensure greater discretion and consideration in our daily operations.We acknowledge your thoughts regarding our location.
