All the staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the staff that solved our Air Conditioning issues very swiftly. Rooms service was phenomenal. They have their own Café just beside! And the Latte was absolutely delicious! Would absolutely recommend if you’re visiting Ubud area. Cheers!

A pleasant and stylish hotel with clean rooms, not far from the center of Ubud, on a quiet street. The only thing I didn't like was the pre-ordered breakfast; you could only choose one dish, and we were left a bit hungry.

I enjoyed my stay there! The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great, the room service is top notch! Location is alright, also I had to walk to find ATMs. So it’s better to deal with cash beforehand. The room is super clean, the swimming pool is nice. I’d definitely stay again when I have a chance

The room isn't bad, but it's small. The shower drain isn't working properly and there are ants. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and large. It's close to the road, so it's noisy and you can hear everything. The breakfasts in the cafe are decent. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel; it's okay.

This was an extremely poor stay. Because my flight arrived late, I waited at the hotel entrance for 40 minutes without anyone showing up. I had booked a room in advance, but upon arrival, they didn't take me to my original room. A security guard then directed me to another room, which I didn't know was which room. Later, they told me I had to pay for another night's room. After I paid, my credit card showed the payment was made, but they said the payment hadn't gone through. This went on repeatedly, disrupting my travel plans. They even offered a discount, but the payment was still the same. It was a terrible experience; they were inflexible and their problems repeatedly left me feeling unhappy.

The hotel is about an 8 minuite walk from the center of Ubud. The hotel is very quiet at night which is nice after walking the streets and restaurants and shops in the centre of town. You can relax and the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and cater for all your needs. They use WhatsApp so you can order your breakfast to your room every day and sit on the porch in front of the small pool which we did every morning.
The rooms are clean and air conditioned with fresh towels and bedsheets available everyday if you ask. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very popular serving a variety of healthy food and meals. Perfect for couples or single traveler's. Highly recommended this hotel for a nice relaxing stay.
