Lokasi hotel bagus, dan layanannya luar biasa! Sarapannya juga sangat enak. Dimasak sesuai pesanan. Banyak produk yang sulit. Saya pikir ini lebih baik daripada swalayan. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi jika ada kesempatan!

Lobi hotel sangat luas dan sikap staf sangat baik. Saya hanya merasa kamarnya agak kecil. Saya memilih yang mengarah langsung ke laguna. Sangat nyaman untuk berenang dan bermain di air Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini.

The hotel is very good. Good service, good food, especially the breakfast and the hotel has a Bali style not like chain hotel.

房間很好，設計也漂亮，但是很花瓶。上樓梯雖然沒有幾個台階，卻不做斜坡，早餐點餐式，上餐特別慢，對英文不好的人很不友好

Very Nice,I like yudha, he is ver kind. My recent stay at AMNAYA NUSA DUAexceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful turndown service, every detail reflected true hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond – when I mentioned an early tour booking, they arranged breakfast delivery 30 minutes earlier than standard hours without hesitation. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious and immaculate, featuring a cloud-like bed and a spotless marble bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. While the historic building’s thin walls occasionally let in hallway noises, blackout curtains and a white noise machine (available on request) ensured restful sleep. The hotel’s location proved ideal: a 5-minute walk to [Landmark] and surrounded by charming cafés, yet remarkably quiet. I particularly appreciated the complimentary electric bike rentals – a genius touch for exploring the city sustainably. Though the rooftop bar’s cocktails were outstanding, the breakfast buffet felt slightly overpriced for its limited hot selections. However, the made-to-order omelets redeemed this minor shortcoming. Housekeeping deserves special praise – they cleverly organized my charging cables and left handwritten weather updates daily. Small gestures like these transformed a comfortable stay into a memorable experience.

Lovely hotel, very boutique, has a nice chilling vibe. Got an upgrade to the junior suit so it’s very spacy. The pool is cute as well. They has a famous spa, which would require booking in ahead. Radha at the reception is exceptionally helpful and would definitely come back again.

Great stay, super good hospitality esp Ms. Yuni (front office). She is very friendly and helpful. Kids are very happy with her and the staffs. Thank you very much! (She gave toys to my kids). Room was spacious and clean (Junior suite suits 4 of us very well). The hotel just across Tj. Benoa water sport, very near with Mengiat beach which is very nice beach. Breakfast also very nice. I booked for 1 night, but decided to extend . Will def come back again one day. For sure. Keep up the good work! God bless..

The hospitality was remarkable. Our check in experience was very smooth. Ratmasa, Yudha and Eka were very welcoming and made sure our check in was as comfortable as could be. Budi ensured our stay was comfortable. Restaurant staff were very courteous and showed understanding of our requests considering we were with a toddler. The a-la-carte breakfast was a nice experience. Overall, a great experience and would recommend!

Beautiful location with exceptional hospitality! Livia, Eka, Ayu, and Kore were attentive and courteous. Enjoyed a wonderful stay, with a delicious breakfast featuring a traditional Indonesian touch. Looking forward to visiting again!
