D'Mell Bali

We stayed there from Dec. 25 up to Jan. 5 and it was worth every IDR spent. Dewa, Sandi and his family, Ilo, Kush, and Adi treated us like family. Our kids until now keep on talking about them as if they were distant relatives. Sandi waited for us at the airport for almost 3 hours without any word from us. He doesn't even know if we will still be staying there because they didn't require prepayment from us. They accommodated our requests with a smile. Always with a smile. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We left our valuables almost everyday in the room and not one penny nor any of our items was lost. Dewa is the most gracious administrator we have ever met. Ilo, Sandi's wife, and Kush, cooked and prepared amazing breakfast for us everyday. Oh, how we miss Nasi Goreng in the morning... They also let us take over the kitchen, which we appreciate so much because our kids were requesting some of their favorite meals. Our hardworking friend Adi was always kind to us and our kids. If we are to recount everything, this review would be a novel. Recommending D'Mell to everyone is the least we can do for them. We are already fixing our schedule to be able to fly back there. Good place with warm and welcoming hospitality. Swimming pool and the garden in front of the room was really comfortable. Breakfast was extraordinary and got extra coffee Really satisfied with the service and talkative/friendly people.

Family friendly, clean environment. Bungalows are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. No matter how much you feel missing, the staff immediately rushes to help. They are very kind, respectful, and help in everything. They try to satisfy all needs as much as possible. A wide range of optional programs are available at reasonable prices. During the programs, you will be accompanied by an extremely friendly, helpful and safe person. They speak English well, it's easy to communicate. I would go back anytime, it was the best decision.
