Amazing view and great staff.
Good was excellent. For breakfast you can order a main course in addition to the buffet. Would have loved more variety but what was provided was excellent in taste. They provide a mix of western breakfast along with Asian.
The bar was a little underwhelming but the view was great. The location of the resort is a bit away from the ubud centre but if you enjoy the calm and the quietness, it’s perfect. You can rent a bike from the front desk.
pool is great and so is the view from the pool. Didn’t use the gym and spa but they looked pretty good.
Would love to high the amazing staff. They went above and beyond

1. Room bedding and carpet condition
All were the worst.
When I checked in on the first day, I saw that the bed was stained and contaminated, and the carpet was left with dark stains.
In other people's reviews, they said that the bedding felt damp, and it really was.. I've been to other resorts in Bali, but this was the first time I've felt this unpleasant

Overall, when you meet them in the hallway, they greet you with a smile.
4. Water quality
Water quality is very good
The filter shower was kept clean for 4 days.
5. Regarding service coupons.
When checking in, they give you a 15% discount coupon for the restaurant dinner menu. I showed the coupon to the restaurant staff and asked if the coupon could be used when ordering room service, and they said it could be used, but when checking out, the front desk staff said, "No this coupon is only available for dinner at the restaurant for dinner"... Well... I guess that's what it was.
I was disappointed with the bedding, so I don't really want to recommend this resort.
