A real hidden gem with best pool in North Bali, amazing room (room Kuning), high quality F&B made our 2 night stay the best time in Bali. Spacious, comfortable large bed, AC, fan, TV, hot shower, fridge and kettle. Grilled mahi-mahi with lemon & butter sauce + house cocktail Sex in Seririt is the must combination!

The Mayo resort is a real gem. Away from the tourist crowds and on the edge of a black sand beach looking out at local fishing boats bobbing in the sparkling sea. The family suite was wonderfully luxurious with deep sofas and huge beds. And the pool and loungers were the perfect place to cool down in the afternoon. Plenty of local activities which the wonderfully helpful staff recommended, we even swam with turtles off Menjangan island! Food at Bora Bora restaurant was delicious and the staff were so kind and friendly throughout our stay.

Mayo Resort is a hidden gem: beach-front pristine nature in a tranquil tropical garden setting away from the beaten track. Authentic fishing villages, frequent beachside rituals, long walks along uncrowded scenic beaches with fine volcanic sand right at its doorsteps. Majestic sunsets most evenings. Its Bora Bora restaurant offers a variety of delicious, healthy foods and drinks at very reasonable prices. The staff is out-of-this world with their ever smiling, immaculate service and respect. All-in-all, a most memorable experience to someday bring my entire family back to. Highly recommended!!

A beautiful little boutique resort located on the beachfront, with only nine rooms. What a find. It is a lovely oasis of peace located just out of Lovina. The resort has a calm, easy-going, relaxed vibe. There are plenty of sun-loungers to stretch out on, lovely tropical grounds and a glorious pool. The rooms are luxuriously appointed, and the Bora Bora restaurant has high-quality, healthy food, a fabulous Western and local menu and a full bar. You will be delighted to know the food prices are local. Nothing is over USD 13. The highlight is the sunrise dolphin experience, and you can take a boat (local prices) straight from the front of the hotel. You avoid the many boat operators, which operate from the main town of Lovina, some 20 minutes away. You have this beautiful stretch of water to yourself. There are many local secret little finds - ask the front desk. The most memorable discovery was the local Buddhist temple. Just 15 minutes away with a mini Borobudur, peaceful meditation halls and golden Buddha statues dotted throughout the spacious grounds. It’s a stunning oasis of nature, peace and beauty. Nearby are the hot springs, and there are also waterfalls to visit. A full massage service is available - choose your massage spot - on the grassy lawn, the beach, or in the privacy of your room. The Mayo is famous for its sunsets. Take a long walk, let the black volcanic sand massage your feet, and soak in all those therapeutic minerals. This resort is incredible value for money, and the warm, personal staff and excellent service make the Mayo feel like home. Truly marvellous.

We had such a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Mayo Resort in North Bali. The management and staff are gracious people who are running an excellent operation. The grounds of the resort are literally on the water, with beach access and sweeping views of the ocean, and on a clear day you can see the tip of the island of Java (which looks a lot like the island of Bora Bora, the restaurant on site). The Mayo Resort staff are all very friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable, like family. The food at Bora Bora is also great, definitely the best restaurant in the area serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We plan on coming back again to North Bali and staying again at the Mayo Resort. It was just unbelievable holiday in Putih villa. The vila is so stylish and modern, so beautiful and comfortable, everything you need is there, fully-equipped kitchen. It looks like my dream sea house, Hamptons style. Great pool - swimming at sunrise and sunset🤩 delicious huge breakfast at your choice. I would definitely come again for a longer holiday. Special thanks to staff, starting from the first phone call and all the way it was a pleasure. So friendly and kind🙏 Highly recommend!!!

We have just spent 6 wonderful nights at Mayo Resort. Having visited north Bali and Mayo previously, we selected the resort as the location for our weddings celebrations. Our party of 32 occupied the entire hotel and a couple of nearby villas. Our wedding day was everything we could have wished for and more. Sumitra and his team could not have done more for us. The garden and restaurant decoration, food, service and everything else was simply first class. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Mayo for a couples and family stay, or as we did - a celebration event. The location and it’s size make it a perfect and very personal venue. North Bali is a very special place and should not be missed on a visit to the island.

We booked for a deluxe room and family room.. upon arrival, we being told that our rooms are being upgraded to Villa Putih.. We enjoyed our stay, the food at Bora Bora Restaurant were amazing; the margarita pizza was awesome, and breakfast was super great.. The beach was beautiful, we enjoy our dolphin watching at Lovina the next morning.. Great stay, great fun, great food..
