房間環境都還行，就是餐廳和服務不行

Program kesehatan yang dikurasi secara khusus dilengkapi dengan makanan yang sangat lezat untuk masing-masing program. Porsinya berlimpah, dengan presentasi yang indah. Peralatan canggih di gym, ruang yoga yang lengkap, dengan berbagai program dijalankan oleh staf pelatih terlatih yang semuanya sangat baik. Program spa sangat cocok untuk program kesehatan individual yang Anda pilih, yang menjadikan segalanya lancar dan mudah. Tentu saja jangan lupakan air dingin dan panas, sauna inframerah, dan kolam renang. Mereka memiliki semuanya! Sangat sepadan dengan waktu Anda, untuk kesehatan dan kesejahteraan emosional dan fisik Anda. Menikmati!

The room was absolutely perfect , spacious, beautifully appointed & the bed & pillows were incredibly comfortable/ ensuring a good nights sleep every single night. There were so many wonderful touch points, such as -daily replenished healthy snacks, and gut replenishing / hydrating beverages - the information box explaining the trees, The flowers, plus the wildlife around the property - the Nocturno experiences each evening to enhance our night time routine - the preselected meals to take the thinking & Decision making out of it, with every meal. - the personalised journal with the outline of each days schedule , mindfulness tips, quotes & recipes . All made Revivo a standout experience. Well done!

One of the most peaceful holidays we have undertaken. The ambience and staff could not be praised highly enough. The food is truly fresh and delicious. Well being programs are brilliant. If you want a holiday away from the maddening crowds and reset yourself - Revivo Bali is the place.

Was really looking forward to this hotel as many friends raved about it. All around it's fine as a product marketed as wellness retreats, but lots of room for improvement for the price point it charges: 1. Property is much simpler and smaller than I thought, not good/bad, just different importance to different people. 2. I was first allocated to villa 3, which is closest to reception and restaurant, but compromises on thus noise levels. That villa is also quite dark given joglo roof, with noises from nearby Peninsula running events until 11pm, which affected ability to sleep. The bath is also outdoors, which practically it's harder to use at night due to bugs, and the overall outdoor area was poorly kept (grass barely cut, unruly leaves, bugs in bathtub). Once I got moved to villa 9, the overall upkeep was much better as it likely was a newer wing. Villa 3 also had a toilet that barely flushed, and cabinets that would fall apart when you opened the drawer doors underneath sink. 3. Same goes for the lack of polish in general pool and plunge pool areas - tend to be filled with bugs, especially in the latter, may I suggest at the least to put a basket of nets so guests can scoop out creepy crawlies before going into the plunge pools? Pool towels often smelled muggy (both by pool and in changing room). General pool chairs also saw loads of bug/bird related decrements, which made it a bit uncomfortable, even if you laid a pool tower to cover up (again for this price point...) 4. Had to nudge a few times for outstanding items to be resolved via Whatsapp/email with guest relations team, before arrival. Premise is to come to a site like this to relax, so I expected more seamless and thoughtful guest communications without adding extra work to us. What they were great at: 1. Delicious healthy food 2. Huge variety of wellness and beauty activities 3. PEMF treatment was so effective, it got rid of some of my chronic pain; Rebalance was also extremely powerful for relaxing the mind. 4. Due to only 22 rooms on campus, indeed it was very quiet and peaceful, which is true luxury! All around an OK stay but not quite worth its hype. A few years too old is how it felt.
