Hotel ini memiliki pemandangan laut langsung dan memiliki suasana yang nyaman. ini memiliki taman yang bagus dan kolam renang. Berjalan kaki singkat ke kota kecil di dekatnya. kami senang telah memilihnya.

Ни разу не пожалели о выборе отеля. Просторный номер на втором этаже, шикарный вид на море. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки комплексные, но вполне достойные. Можно смело обедать и ужинать в ресторане. Цена будет примерно такой же, как заведениях вне отеля. Территория очень небольшая, но ухоженная, а главное, это первая линия. Пляж не самый чистый. Возле берега можно немного поснорклить. Но всё же лучше отправиться в Голубую лагуну. Отель расположен немного в стороне от трассы и магазинов, но нас это устаивало Однозначно рекомендую для спокойного отдыха.

Our first trip to Bali from the UK. After a long journey we arrived tired, a little disoriented and hungry. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles and kindness. We were welcomed with a lovely drink and a snack even though the restaurant had closed for the evening. We stayed 5 nights in total and the hotel was lovely in every way. The food was good, the location on the beach was fantastic. Our room was more than adequate with everything working perfectly. But the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. Good advice, amazing service and a real pleasure. Thank you all so very much.

Staying here with my partner. In all my years of travelling I’ve never had such a beautiful room . Older style Bali hotel,all staff so friendly and helpful , owner very friendly also.Do yourself a favour and come for relaxing stay. Nice small village, no traffic, no hawkers, just so peaceful and serene. When u want fishing just don’t use the fat man to the left of the front of hotel, very rude and troublemaker. Staff at hotel can help you with that. Will definately definately definately be coming back to stay for longer in the very near future. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

We booked this hotel with my husband as the last of several to complete our honeymoon in Bali. We checked the reviews on Trip Advisor and Booking in advance, the photos suited us, so there was no doubt in the pleasant end of the holiday. The room was a presidential suite with an ocean view. But what a shock when I walked into the hotel... firstly, we had a late check-in and no one greeted us. This is the first time I've encountered this in my time travelling in Bali - usually the staff are obviously nicer and friendlier. And at least it's on site. The second shock was when entering the room. I had a broken toe and could hardly walk. No one warned us that the room was on the 2-3 floor, even in the description of the room there was no information. There is no lift either. It's the first time I've seen a LESTRIAN instead of in a hotel for such a price. Also in the "presidential suite" ... The third shock was the room itself. Old furniture, really old: scuffed, scratched, my grandmother's furniture is better, sorry. The bed linen and towels are yellow, old, torn!..!! I'm not even talking about the preparation of the room: the table was not even wiped. The fourth shock - I am allergic and for breakfast I asked for an omelette WITHOUT spices and pepper. What do you think they brought me twice in a row? Bingo, same omelette. After that I had to take my emergency medication to go to the hospital. Of course, I did not want to eat, sleep or live in this hotel. Happy honeymoon didn't happen there. Oh and the breakfasts are meagre, my husband wasn't full, portions are small and they give very limited items to choose from "off breakfasts". Went to speak to the manager with these problems, to which the hotel refused to refund the amount for the remaining 2 days out of the 3 days booked. Still solving this problem through Booking, because the hotel is extinguished and does not get in touch even through the booking site. Everyone is in shock. I do not recommend this hotel. If the "presidential suite" is so battered by life, I am afraid to imagine what is in the other rooms.

A delightful, tucked away beach hotel, loved almost everything about Hotel Genggong. Incredible ocean views from my second floor room, the gardens were immaculate and I thought there was excellent food at the restaurant. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful at booking tours and there was a great relaxed vibe sun lounging by the pool. Highly recommend the short walk to local temple overlooking the ocean too. It might pay to speak directly to fishermen on the beach in front of the hotel before booking a trip through the hotel to snorkelling spots, as we had conflicting advice about conditions. Overall, a great place to spend a few days in Candidasa.
