Nice people, very good food, nice pool with nice view over the sea and Nusa Penida.

Honestly i was disappointed. When i came inside the room, the ac is problem. Then i call the receptionist he arrange for the engineer to fix. But then at night, the ac problem again. The floor was wet from the ac. So i call again the reception and the engineer come again. Need about 30 mins. Andnthe ac didnt works well. Hot. Not cold. I can't sleep well. I asked to change the room but they said can't. So bad. I paid the room for cant sleep well after drive 2 hours. For the view from pool is cool. But the service, bad.

The hotel is super! The rooms are big, stylish, big balcony with view on jungle. Welcome fruits are very nice. Panoramic pool is very beautiful and clean. Beach towels are clean and smell very tasty.

This is terrible, we ordered a Grab taxi from the hotel and the local taxi drivers did not allow us to get into the ordered taxi, leaving us with no choice, we had to refuse the Grab taxi and use a local taxi, which is twice as expensive. The hotel staff could not help us and defended the local taxi, this completely ruined the experience of staying at the hotel.

It's friendly, clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the view is amazing. It's such a nice hotel I definitely plan to stay there next time I go again. This hotel gave me a great experience.

Stayed for one night on the way to Sky Mirror. The swimming pool is not big, but it is quite enjoyable. It’s about half an hour’s drive from Sky Mirror.

The photos of the hotel are far from reality, the common areas are small, there were only two tables with a direct view of the sea, the pool was small, the breakfast service was not fast.

This is a Superb hotel! It has everything you could wish for. The infinity pool overlooking the blue ocean, with waves crashing on the breaker is beautiful. The comfy beds around the pool. Nothing is too much trouble for the skilled friendly staff, cocktails superb, food was great, plenty of choice and very flavourful. Reception team and restaurant team compliment each other with their services. I didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days, thank you for a wonderful time.

I chose this hotel from all over Bali and am so happy that l booked it. Everything is exactly like in the photos, or even better. It was my husband's birthday, and they decorated our room with rose petals. The staff is very kind and helped us with everything. They took us to our massage in a private car and picked us up afterward. The restaurant is amazing, with delicious food and stunning sunsets. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for another night. I sincerely recommend this hotel. Besides the excellent service, cleanliness, and tasty food, the surrounding nature is beautiful.

We liked that this is a smaller, more intimate hotel. Room: very large and clean, but often quite dark as you needed to really keep the net curtains closed for privacy with the walkway everyone used just outside. The bed was super comfortable, I loved the large bathtub, but it needed some bath salts or bubble bath. There was a mini fridge, which was great for storing excess water and drinks. The strangest thing about the room, however, was the sounds at night. We got woken up one night, and it sounded like animals on the roof, then we realised the next day there was another apartment above us. But then, on the last night, I was woken up again by what sounding like scurrying and burrying above us, convinced they have a space between the apartments that animals are getting into. Breakfast is a simple but good menu. It was nice to have a fresh cooked breakfast every day instead of a soulless buffet. The avacdo on sourdough bread was our favourite. The pool area is very small and gets crowded quickly with like 3 people in there, but it had good views, especially when the weather was nice. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel with the most professional, polite and friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned every day, spacious, light and airy with balconies. Breakfast by the infinity pool was a daily pleasure. Had lots of meals here, all fresh, good quality food with a good menu selection.

Great little hotel, very friendly staff and quality food, Candidasa is not necessarily our favourite place on Bali as it’s basically just a street with shops, restaurants and hotels but that said this hotel gives you a decent pool and hotel experience which is the best of what there is.

We stayed for 4 nights in downstairs room. Room was great with everything we need and although on a main road noise was never an issue.We enjoyed the atmosphere looking out to the ocean while lounging around on our sun bed, having breakfast/dinner or enjoying a drink or two. A massage for each of us was included in our package, you could have the massage at the hotel in the pool area or be taken to an outside spa and then returned to the hotel. We chose to go to the outside spa with transport arranged by the hotel as part of the deal, a bit more private. Staff fantastic friendly smiles and always looking to cater to all our needs. Yes Candidasa is a quiet place which was exactly what we were looking for.
