Please save yourself the headache and don’t book. I always say, as a very basic, a hotel needs a comfy bed, hot water and to be clean. I was wrong, before any of that a hotel needs a room! I booked and prepaid for 6 nights months ago and built a trip around our stay here, other hotels, flights, tours everything! Woke up on Monday morning to an email from them cancelling the reservation in a months time due to unforeseen circumstances, I get it, things happen but the calibre of a hotel can be judged not on these things happening which are outside of your control but on how you deal with them when they do. They have offered us no compensation for messing us around, causing stress and aggravation not to mention the additional cost of booking something equivalent. There are no shortage of beautiful hotels in Bali, save yourself a headache and book one that will look after you!

Beautiful rooms and staff. Couldn't do enough for us, always smiling, but never in your face. We had a great stay in the villa and highly recommend. Attention to detail is great in these rooms, with many clever luxuries. Beds very comfortable and clean, choice of hard and soft pillows, couldn't fault anything. As much as we like to try new places, they have made it very hard to not want to go back, which we will be doing. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Sumitra is an exceptional resort. The rooms are luxurious and beautiful. The staff is superb and the food is delicious. We loved our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer! We came from the United States via Ubud and will recommend the resort to our friends.

I don’t know where to begin about how wonderful this place is!!! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make sure everything is perfect! The villas are stunning, we have stayed all over the world in many 5 and 6 star resorts and these villas are the best by far! The architecture is gorgeous, the pool area is private but you can still see the beach and absolutely picture perfect, the villa is huge and the bathroom is like your own personal day spa. The location is perfect…you feel like you are living with the locals but still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The food was also wonderful, beautifully presented and fresh and so tasty. And the coffee was the best!! The bed is sooooo comfortable and the pillows the best I have had..we even asked if we could purchase them!! Thank you so much to all of the staff that looked after us, we are so grateful that you made our time so special. The birthday cake and decorations were such a kind touch and made things extra special. We will absolutely be back as soon as we can!!!! We were so sad to leave!!

Amazing place for a trip in Sanur ! Premium service, Always available and here to help, villas are crazy ... Very close to the beach and sidewalk but very calm, plenty of places around for activities, food and so on. Lunch and drinks are possible in the villas thought buttler, quality is very good! We would enjoy coming back !

Everything was exceptional - from the first experience to the last. The staff were friendly, helpful and did everything to make our stay a very happy one. The breakfasts were prepared to perfection by Yande the chef. A special thank you to Gustra for his great service and wonderful humour and manner. The room was clean, tidy and very spacious and the pool rounded off the comfort of the accommodation. The location is convenient to all amenities. Thanks also to Yudy, the Manager, and Puteri and Pradnya on the front desk. The best accommodation we have ever experienced! We would rate this 20/10 if we could. 😊

All was excellent 5* room/service and staff had everything needed for our baby even child seat on the bike for our villa pool was heated night swing was lovely room service was also great food was also very good. Definitely a good choice and lots on sea front if you walk or cycle down from hotel.

The villas are so nice and cozy. Employees are very friendly and supporting. All food and beverages are included - thats very comfortable. so my family and I recoomend the hotel with the villas - it was one of the best hotels I have ever seen. also the teenager girls liked it a lot!
