Our stay at Umah Bagus in Sanur was an absolute delight. The property is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts and conveniences one could wish for. The standout feature for us was the rooftop terrace - a perfect blend of work and relaxation space, enhanced by the serene ambiance. Additionally, having access to a fully equipped kitchen allowed for a homely and flexible dining experience. Above all, the hospitality provided by Yani, the owner, was unparalleled. Her genuine care and attention to our well-being were incredibly touching; from making us tea daily to surprise treats of mangosteen and sweets, her actions spoke volumes of her kindness. In all our years of travel, we've seldom encountered such a warm and caring host. Yani's exceptional hospitality significantly contributed to making our stay at Umah Bagus truly unforgettable.
