Pretty much everything during our stay was perfect and focused on giving us a wonderful and relaxing time in the beautiful Alps. It is clear that the family owning the hotel cares a lot about the guests (they are always to be seen giving a hand here and there, or chatting with guests), and equally cares a lot about their employees (one has definitively the impression that they are indeed considered part of the family). We loved the decoration of the hotel, subtly bringing together traditional elements with more modern touches and a delicate, and sometimes original, vegetal presence. In any case, the atmosphere reflects an environment thought with a lot of taste and attention. The service is always efficient and couldn’t be more friendly. Maybe I’m being naive, but I couldn’t help thinking that the people are simply happy to work there and do their best to satisfy the guests. The food is always very tasty and of high quality, alternating between specific offerings and large buffets focusing on local products. As to the wellness area, the new building is a fantastic addition to the original hotel, with top of the line saunas and three swimming pools, of which one heated and the other fully natural (it almost gave me the feeling of swimming in a lake). The gym is modern and very well equipped for a hotel (I tried it). But even better, one can simply decide to go out and participate in one of the many activities (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) proposed by the hotel. Of course, many other activities are proposed indoors, such as yoga or Qi-gong classes or Ayurveda cooking courses. This hotel is simply a fantastic place run by lovely people. Definitively recommended.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves health and mental health! The food was very healthy! The pool is great and the staff is very nice. It is also close to the slopes. Even for non-skiers, this is a hotel where you get the time!

Wir haben wieder einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel erlebt. Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man die herzliche Atmosphäre – die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das kulinarische Angebot ist auf höchstem Niveau: vom reichhaltigen Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war alles spitzenmäßig – abwechslungsreich, frisch zubereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich, der wirklich ein Traum ist. Hier kann man vollkommen zur Ruhe kommen, abschalten und neue Energie tanken. Die entspannende Atmosphäre, das stilvolle Ambiente und die vielfältigen Angebote machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wer Erholung, Genuss und Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen garantiert wieder.

Das Team überzeugt durch Aufmerksamkeit, Authentizität und grosses Engagement – man fühlt sich einfach rundum umsorgt. Top Wellness und Genusshotel zum runter kommen und wohlfühlen. Jedes Detail im Hotel aber auch das tolle Personal trägt dazu bei, sich hier vom ersten Augenblick an wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Die Küche ist vielfältig, lecker und hochwertig. Das umfangreiche Aktiv Programm inspiriert und macht Spaß. Der Wellnessbereich ist herausragend und lässt einen in kürzester Zeit entspannen.
