Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and lots of comfy blankets are available.While the circular driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, the sharp turn makes it difficult to enter with a trailer. Located on White Oak Creek which is a serene and low traffic area of the lake (north of Rock Creek). Beautiful deep year round water. Easy walk to the dock. Close to two marinas, Rock Creek and Triple Creek. 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Sleeps 13 in beds. TWO spacious MASTER BEDROOMS. Both have on suite bathrooms, lake views, and king size beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with 4 twin beds, plus one twin roll away. Plenty of space with two living areas and two private porches (one screened in). New furnishings, new linens, new mattresses on all beds and blackout curtains. You'll sleep great!Bathrooms are spacious and include beautiful tile. Bath towels are provided.Kitchen extras include dedicated ice maker (yes!), crock pot, turkey roaster, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and plenty of cookware and dinnerware. Propane grill located right off the screened in porch.Double decker dock with swim platform. Upper deck provides plenty of room, seating, sun and shade for everyone to hang out. 2 chaise lounges and chairs are stored on the upper deck. Unlike many homes here at Smith Lake, this house has a gentle slope down to the dock, no steps!Lake View is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower, elevator/lift to get from the main to the bottom level. There is also a storm shelter off of the bottom level laundry room.Please Note: This is a rural area, and while we do have WIFI at the house, it may not be completely reliable and/or fast enough to stream shows, etc. No Gaming Please!! Usually, there is no issue using our WIFI to make calls, emailing, texting, or web browsing. AT&T and T-Mobile cell phone service seems to have the best coverage all over the lake.
