NO PARTIES We wish to continue hosting guests; therefore, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events. THE LAYOUT: KITCHEN: Once you enter, this open-concept kitchen is both functional and beautifully styled. Crisp white cabinetry, smooth countertops, and a full suite of appliances; including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. The oversized island doubles as a dining area with seating for four, making it perfect for sharing meals. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. LIVING/WORK AREA: This bright and inviting living area is more than just a place to lounge—it’s designed with flexibility in mind. By night, the sleek sleeper sofa easily unfolds into a queen-size bed, offering extra comfort for guests without sacrificing space. By day, the space is perfect for relaxing, watching TV on the mounted Flat Screen, or enjoying the natural light streaming through the sliding glass doors. Tucked neatly into a sunny corner of the living room, this inviting workspace offers the perfect blend of function and style. SLEEPING AREA: In the corner of this apartment you’ll find a comfortable retreat for unwinding. The bedroom features soaring ceilings, a queen-size bed, and a versatile bench. It also features a full-length mirror and a custom closet that provides ample space. Everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay in Providence—whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. BATHROOM: Situated off the bedroom the full bathroom makes the most of its footprint. A marble-top vanity sits perfectly under a mirror and is paired with a combined shower and tub. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. THE DECK: Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and discover your own private deck—an inviting outdoor extension of the apartment. This charming space features cozy seating and a hammock chair perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by wooden fencing the gate opens up to the shared backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment. THE SHARED BACKYARD Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors. THE BUILDING: This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED! The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook/dine in, including a dishwasher, if you choose. However, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well. THE ESSENTIALS Take a break from exploring the City and relax in the apartment. Take in the view from the living room or while cooking in the kitchen! COOK UP A STORM: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 4 counter seats off the island. PRIVATE BEDROOMS Each bedroom is a serene private retreat, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Nestled between the two rooms is a centrally located shared bathroom, ensuring easy access for all guests. Each bedroom boasts a luxurious medium-firm queen bed, perfectly tailored to support all sleeping styles and positions, promising a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. THE PRIVATE DECK Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are very nice during the day but exceptional at night! You can sit on the deck in the 2 lounger chairs or at the bistro table, you have options! THE BUILDING This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children.
