Then when you're ready to venture out, you're only 15 minutes to museums & amazing food in downtown Bentonville!As you enter The Wonderful Windsor of OZ you'll see where we gained the inspiration for the name. You're greeted by a welcoming entryway with coat hooks for jackets, helmets, keys and more. There is a half bathroom with moody vibes from the wicked witch of the west and across from it a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a fun eclectic style and has all you will need for cooking and baking delicious meals for the group. Leaving the kitchen you'll walk through the large opening into the open concept dining/living area. Our dining table seats 6 and looks over the cozy living room. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The smart TV makes it easy to stream movies, shows or the game from your own accounts. We also have an electric fireplace that does produce a bit of heat but is mainly for ambience. From the living room you have a large sliding glass door that leads out to the top deck which overlooks lake Windsor! The deck has a table and 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, a bike tooling stand and bike rack. This is the perfect place to sip that morning coffee (of which we provide) or enjoy an evening beverage to relax.Now lets take you downstairs where you'll be sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with cozy king size beds with night stands on both sides and a small set of drawers in each closet. We also provide an air up mattress if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The front bedroom has a smart TV for streaming from bed while the back bedroom has a sliding glass door leading out to the lower deck. The lower deck has 2 rocking chairs, additional bike storage and really nice woodsy lake views. The full bathroom is well equipped with shampoo, conditioner & body wash as well as plenty of soft linens. Help yourself to the full size washer and dryer if you need them. We leave some detergent and dryer sheets for you to tackle a few loads. We look forward to hosting you at The Wonderful Windsor of OZ!*Guests will have access to the entire home minus a locked cleaners closet. We do have a small backyard space behind the townhome that is most easily accessed by the community walking trail at the top of the hill vs attempting to walk the steep hillside. *Guests are welcome to store their bikes on the front porch or on the upper deck. *Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. All this on beautiful Lake Ann with its great fishing and amazing limestone cliffs. On the waterfront there is a firepit and multiple paddleboards and kayaks for your use(as well as pfds). Come cook smores on the fire by the lake or read a book on the covered deck looking out over the most peaceful views around!The paths(limestone steps and gravel) to the lake are fairly steep but definitely worth it! The outdoor firepits, rock dock area, kayaks and paddleboards are common property and are shared with myself(I live alone on the main level) and other renters of the apartment above the garage(2 people max). Book The Dock, we're your one stop shop!As you arrive at The Dock you'll immediately notice how welcoming the front of the home is with a covered front porch, lounge furniture, propane grill for grilling in any weather and a foldable outdoor ping pong table. You'll also find that there is ample parking for about 6 vehicles in the circle driveway and access to a locked shed if you need secure bike storage. There is also a bike wash station on the side of the front porch for those in town to explore the mountain biking scene. You're going to want to head straight to the lake but before you do, check out the inside of the home! Entering through the front door there's a great drop zone area with coat hooks for you to kick off your shoes and hang jackets. Beyond the entryway it's open concept with the kitchen/dining/living all being open to entertain the group. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs so you won't have any trouble creating a delicious meal for everyone. The dining area is equipped to seat about 7 guests and there are an additional 2 barstools at the kitchen island. Don't worry though, you're likely going to eat most meals outside at one of the many outdoor dining/lounge areas. Next to the kitchen/dining area is the upstairs living room equipped with a smart TV for streaming from your own accounts, a dual sided propane fireplace and a large sectional sofa. On the other side of that dual sided fireplace is a sunroom that is the perfect all season spot to soak in those lake views. On either side of the sunroom are large open decks with panoramic lake views. One side has an outdoor dining table for 6 and the other side has cozy seating for 4. The upstairs primary bedroom walks out to that seating area through French glass doors. In the upstairs primary bedroom you'll find a plush king size bed, dresser, smart TV, walk in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom with tiled tub/shower and shower soaps! Across the house is the other upstairs bedroom and full bathroom. This bedroom has 2 cozy twin beds, a closet, and designated work station for anyone needing to clock in for a few hours while on vacation. The full bathroom for this bedroom is accessed from the hallway and has a beautiful tile tub/shower with shower soaps. Now venturing downstairs to the basement you'll find a third bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a walk in closet, dresser, and an en-suite full bathroom. The full bathroom has a tiled tub/shower for you and of course shower soaps as well. Across the house is a large laundry room that you're welcome to use during your stay. This might come in handy as a great drop zone for wet swimsuits, towels, toys, etc. Connecting the two sides of the basement is the perfect game room! Our game room has a large smart TV for streaming from your own accounts, foosball table, air hockey table, 2 sofa's, a wood burning fireplace (not operable due to liability/insurance reasons), and plenty of room to spread out and play games. One of the sofa's pull out to be a Queen size sleeper sofa if you need it. Last but certainly not least we can explore the back yard! You can access the backyard from the downstairs glass French doors or from the upstairs sunroom staircase. We have a private hot tub on the lower patio, another dining table for 4, a kayak rack with 4 kayaks and 1 SUP board, wood burning fire pit (firewood provided), gazebo with outdoor sectional sofa, and of course a boat dock and swim deck. The setting is beyond perfect for having an amazing time at the lake!* You will have access to the entire home, yard & dock! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered front & backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games, tailgating & hanging at the lake.
