"我們訂的家庭套房。一行4個人。裏面是一個雙人床，還有兩張單人床。先説一下這個套房在4樓是沒有電梯的。我們行李較多，而且同行有年齡大的長者。我們當天上去住沒有拿行李。4樓這個套房格局一般。我看到了他123樓的房間真的非常明亮寬敞。我覺得定他家如果是標間兒完全沒問題。訂套房的話，如果同行有年長者就算了吧。爬4樓真的很累。"

這家店已經是我第二次來了，去年的阿爾山之行就是住的他們家，今年繼續選擇住他們家，説明他家的服務得到了我的認可。 首先是區位優勢，他們家馬路對面就是天池服務區，是景區的重要交通樞紐，從這坐車去各個景點都十分方便。 其次她家的環境真的十分乾淨整潔，在有限的條件下，達到了非常高的水準。 最後，他們家的老闆熱情大方有格局，對客人服務的熱情周到，對自家的酒店也有規劃和追求，一直在不斷的改進酒店的硬件設施。 希望以後能越來越好

這環境，名不虛傳，真的特別乾淨，老闆人超級好，我們早上都退房了遊玩後想找個地方換衣服就又回到酒店，房間都打掃完了乾乾淨淨，老闆很熱情的又幫我們找了房間換衣服而且他們家飯店的菜做的超級好吃，不是吹牛的，是真的，我感覺太好吃了。
